[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Complaint against street dogs

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Rajouri Apartments (Opp. G.O.I. Press), Maya Puri, New Delhi. For the past 3 years, the problem of stray dogs has been increasing unabated in our society. Despite several complaints lodged, no action has been taken till date. There have been several incidents of senior citizens being bitten by the dogs when they go for a morning walk in the wee hours.

Small children are scared to go to school in the early hours as the stray dogs won't let them go that easy. I would request you to send a Dg Catcher Team and help us in getting rid of this menace !

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which RADHEY SHYAM PARK, STREET NO.4 AND 5 NEAR POLICE STATION JAGAT PURI DELHI 110051, areas people facing in these days. Sir, there are 15 TO 20 street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well.
so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

this is really annoying that after so many complaints no actions are been taken from your end i everyday travel on the dirty road of govindpuri with dogs running around and cows on resting on that road besides this there is a garbage point where people throw garbage and seriously that place is never clean due to which dogs and cows are a natural over that place .
one of my close friend met with an accident near hamumaan mandir just before dda bus stop just because of a stupid crazy dog running around in the night .
i request you to plz do some thing about that place a.s.a.p
we are not paying taxes to feed u people and the govt and more over at least perform your duties sincerely .

Disturbance of street dogs

We would like to draw your kind attention towards PROBLEMS OF ANNOYING STREET DOGS in our area LIG DDA FLATS, POCKET A-3, MAYUR VIHAR - 3, DELHI - 96.

We would like to bring this to your kind notice that lots and lots of street dogs are there in our area, most of the times in a group running around the park and all around.

Also they everywhere as a result the place becomes dirty. They keep barking and fighting through-out day and Night which disturb peaceful environment.


Due to these dogs the residents of this area living in very apathetic condition. Some residents have kept some of these dogs, we are facing lots of problems.

Sub: Submission of request again for construction - poor condition of G.T. Karnal road.
Ref: Complaint with the control room dated 27.9.2011.
Dear Sir,
As per our telephonic discussions on 29.9.2011 and reminder dated 30.9.2011, I would like to submit that a long patch of the G.T. Karnal Road from Gurudwara Nanak Peao to Azadpur is lying in worst condition and unconstructed by MCD civil line zone for the last 6 years.
2. It is not understood, why the very busy road kept unattended by MCD authorities when the said road is very useful for the people visiting Engineering College - MTNL Exchange, - Gujrawala Town- Gurudwara Nanak Peao, - Sant Kirpal Bagh, - Guru Harkrishan Public School, - New Gupta Colony- Rana Partap Bagh from Azadpur.
3. Moreover, a large number of people are using the way to attend marriage functions in a numbers of banquet halls in this area of G.T. Karnal Road. Due to non- construction of the G.T. Karnal road from Azadpur to Gurudwara Nanak Peao after installation of the deep sewer pipe lines for the last 6 years, the traffic is not flowing properly. Moreover, it is causing accidents day to day due to uneven/ubar khabar way, while it is 100meter road both side. People are facing problems regularly.

In view of the position explained above, you are, therefore, requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to the concerned Engineers/Officers for construction of the said road without any further delay and oblige lakhs of people. Kindly do the needful and oblige us.

In my colony A-5B Paschim Vihar New Delhi (Shanti Kunj flats), there are hundreds of street dogs living in the Park behind Gates 10 & 11. They are not allowing any one to go to the Park and in night time, making horrible noise every day. MCD must take immediate action to capture these dogs.
