[Resolved]  Myway IPTV — MyWay ipTV is a fraud company

I had taken a connection of MyWay ipTV in the initial trial offer of Rs 2000 which was fully refundable if not satisfied within the first month, the viewing was free for first 3 months. Hoping that since it is clubbed with MTNL (a govt body), I gave a try to the same, not understanding the kind of mess that I would get into. Within a week of the service being activated on my number, I was not satisfied and registered a complaint with the customer care for the disconnection - that was on 31st July 2009. Upon asking the complaint reference number, they told me that there is no reference number but my complaint has been registered and the service would be discontinued within a week and I would receive back my cheque withing 15 days. After waiting for over 3 weeks when nothing happened, I re-contacted them and they confirmed that my disconnection request has been received on 31st July and the action would be taken soon. After a number of repeated reminder calls, nothing has happened till date. And from past 2 months, they have started sending some monthly amount in my telephone bill.
It is a kind of mafia that is operation this service and they unnecessary harass people.
I would like that some goverment body should step within and take serious action against such malpractices.
Would my complaint be heard ??
