Not working, I want refund

Dear Sir,

I am a retired Accounts Officer of Bangalore Telecom Dist. Since I was a BSNL employee I applied for MYWAY IPTV and got the connection with a lot of problems alongwith it. My children were against this connection.

My subscriber ID is[protected], my phone number is 25463353.

The connection is not working now and I am complaining daily to the IPTV authorities which is falling on deaf ears....

they close their services without intimation

discontinuation of service

We took a bsnl myway iptv connection on oct.16 by paying rs.1500/- in cash to the staff of myway iptv who came to our house. The myway staff came next day to install the tv...but after 7 days they stopped the service and when we called them, none of the local staff took the phone. Non refund of security money

Despite sending a request for disconnecting the MyWay IPTV connection on 16.09.09 and receiving a phone call to confirm the same and the assurance that the security money shall be refunded within 30 days that expired on 16 October 09, we have not received the Rs1500/- security money till date. THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT 1500 INR

Hi,

I have taken the IP Tv from MYWAY (tied up with BSNL). The same was provided to me in the month of June but later i found lot of problems in using that and has per their commitment they will refund us the amount if we are not satisfied with their service.

But since 09 Aug 2009 i am calling up them continuiously but i haven't got any refund. Every time i call them the response is they will visit my house...

Dishonoring Offer commitments

MyWay had offered me FREE view of ALL Movies on Demand for Three months while marketing its IPTV. But, after giving me the connection, they now say that they have withdrawn that offer. misleading ads , worst customer care and service

I applied for the iptv connection from myway on 20th of august.The company ppl came within half an hour i made an enquiry and mislead us of the existing facilities on the myway iptv and some how persuaded us to give them a cheque of rs 2000.they promised us it will be installed within 3 to 4 days .even after 10 days of applying there was no scene of their ppl coming to install . then finally on 2 nd september they struggled to install it...
