[Resolved] Myway IPTV — they close their services without intimation | |||
we hired a cable connection form myway. this connection was given to me on the behalf of my bsnl broadband connection. i have take this connection in december 2010 by paying an ammount of rs2000. now suddenly a cal came frm myway on 1-8-2011 the they close there service and they doesn't provide any refund, i was also have some technical preblem from myway because of thin my connection is not working approximately one month and a channel named ndtv imagine which was include in subscription was also not available from beginning till end. now if i purchase another caable service then i would pay 2000 to 3000 rs again. i want my money back because service in not clossed by me it was close by company...... Myway — Failure to terminate my account and give the refund back - eternal delay
Hi,I have requested for termination of my account from two months.
Everytime I follow it up either by phone or mail, I get the same apology and same respnose saying it will be done in next 3 days. So far, nobody has ever turned up to collect the instrument and I am not hopeful of my getting my refund back seeing this eternal delay. Highly disgusting behavior exhibited.

Myway — WRONGFUL DISCONNECTION AND CHEATING
I have taken an iptv connection on 12/9/09 on paying of 2000rs. It was being installed on Dec2009. On 28th jan 2010 i recharged for 1700rs and on 14th Apr 2010 i recharged for 1700rs. But on 19th june 2010 my connection is being disconnected, they are saying that there is no recharge is being done. My landline no[protected]. Townsville THUG Chris Condon & Narelle Sue Anderson & Chris Condon THUG Townsille Show Ground, Townsille Show Society, Chris Condon viscious nasty THUG criminal. Isn, t it "strange" if you are a violent nasty criminal like Chris Condon employee of the Townsville Show Society to have "friends" like Narelle Sue Anderson, a High School Teacher who "noticed" a few things in Chris Condons favor in a Supreme Court so that this violent nasty criminal may not be sent to jail for a nasty and viscious assault against an aged Vietnam veteran pensioner. If you are a violent nasty criminal like Chris Condon having a "friend" like Narelle Sue Anderson (a Townsville High School teacher) as a "witness" (in your favor) can be very, very handy indeed !. By the way, does this nasty viscious criminal Chris Condons "friend" teach your children at school, I am sure that Narelle Sue Anderson would be a "good" influence on your child. In case you did not already know, nasty thug "pensioner basher" Chris Condon has been arrested at least 8 times with viscious assaults against elderly persons, and Condon has been involved in lots of gun and firearm offences plus other criminal activities, why would a decent law abiding school teacher "hang-out" with a nast violent criminal like Chris Condon ? Myway — Harassment & Cheating
I was approached by MyWay affiliated agency RAINBOW SYSTEMS, KOLKATA 700004 [[protected]] on 14th July, 2009 for a combined connection of Broadband and IPTV.Satisfied with the letter of consent of BSNL and MYWAY that they produced and reconfirmed by the MYWAY customer care centre [No. [protected]] I filled up the form and handed over the cheque of Rs 1, 500.00 in favour of Myway. This cheque was debited from my account on 31/07/2009.Thereafter, on repeated follow-ups I have been subjected to harassment and abusive retaliations. Finally I called them up on Aug 1, 2009 and requested them to cancel my subscription request and return my cheque.On the same day I was contacted by some Mr Bibhas Sen [Mobile No [protected]] claiming to be the Territory Manager-Myway.He committed that the work order is ready and the BroadBand will be installed by July 3, 2009. Thereafter my IPTV connection will be activated. On 6th July, 2009 since nothing happened, no one called be for any status update and on the contrary they disconnected the line every time they identified my number when I called up, I contacted my local exchange [Belgharia ] where it was confirmed that neither my application is received by them nor the infrastructure for IPTV transmission is ready in this exchange as on date.
I immediately contacted MyWay helpdesk and also called up their agency Rainbow Systems. Things started getting bad from that day. I was contacted by Mr Bibhas Sen shortly after and started showering personal abuse, threat and finally called up my residence to threaten and abuse my old parents. This came as a real shock to me since the only guilt committed by me till then was showing interest in IPTV connection from MyWay, paying them the cheque and thereafter following-up with them for connection status.
Can Myway explain why have the money been debited from my account knowing very well that connection will not be extended in the next 6 months[at least].
Why did RAINBOW SYSTEMS approach an area where the infrastructure is yet to be put in place?
Why did I receive a mail from your office dtd 29/07/2009 [attached below] stating that the connection will be activated in the next 2-3 days ? Can anyone from MyWay take the responsibility and answer why am I being subjected to extreme abusive languages every time I call your representative (Mr Bibhas Sen) who himself called me to clarify that the connection will be activated?
I am sure that you all will surely not be aware of these atrocities in the name of BSNL& MyWay and would like myself like to put such racket or individuals to justice. Let me re-iterate that I am NOT DOING this to get back my Rs 1500 as like a lot of other Indians and you, my dignity comes first and it is my DIGNITY and SELF-ESTEEM that has been hurt by the rude and nasty behaviours of representatives of MyWay.
