Dear Sir ,

I forgot to write my subscriber ID in my previous compaint. My Subscriber Id is[protected] as its not working properly from time of installation as from 2nd feb. 2011. I am getting problem of freezing of all channels and fluctuating of screen. I did lots of complaints and every time their engineer came to my place but are not able to resolve the problem.

I want to lodge an official complaint regarding refunding of may payment.

I have installed MYWAY IPTV on 2nd feb. 2011. From that time i m getting continuous problem of freezing all channels and fluctuating of screen a lot. I have complained to MYWAY IPTV a lot and everytime their engineer visit to my place and gave an assurance that it will be rectified by tommorrow and then they close the complaint.

Again i have to complaint next day and again their engineer visit and same process repeats again.

After so many complaints, problem is still persisting and they are not able to resolve it.

Now i want to register a case in consumer court for refunding all my payment made to them including all bills with penalty.

Kindly advise.

myway iptv — Freezing of channels

Hello Sir/Mam,

I am Chirag Shah from Baroda, Gujarat...

I have MYWAY IPTV service but last 2 months i having problem in freezing of the channels freezing and also they provide auto recording service in this I also have the freezing problem... I called the customer care several time but the said me give us 2 days we will solve this problem but after 2 days there is no solution of my problem...
