Hi,
I have taken the IP Tv from MYWAY (tied up with BSNL). The same was provided to me in the month of June but later i found lot of problems in using that and has per their commitment they will refund us the amount if we are not satisfied with their service.
But since 09 Aug 2009 i am calling up them continuiously but i haven't got any refund. Every time i call them the response is they will visit my house and collect back the set top box. And the amount will be refunded to me but all is lie.
My worry now is how many people are effected due to this? Was this information helpful? | 
i tried calling the customer care many times but it says the line does not exist
