myway iptv — Non refund of money
I had applied for Myway IPTV will full advance of Rs. 2250. Within 10 days of start of service, the signal quality was bad and the modem started hanging as well as the picture and the audio were not co-ordinated. While I requested them to sort out the problem, their technical team took over 5 days to come back and confirm that the quality of service cannot be improved beyond what they had been able to setup.In view of the above, I requested cancellation of the service. The service got cancelled but till date I have not got refund for the full payment paid to the company.

My Bsnl no [protected] was surrendered in Feb 2012 and IPTV was also surrendered on same day. But till date my security is not refunded to me.Baldev chopra

iptv — Refund of security money.
Dear Sir,Some days before one of your executive came to my home to refund the security money through cheque which was deposited at the time of taking iptv connection at may residence G-92, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi-110029. However, I was not available at home at that time and the executive could not get the belongings e.g. Modem, Set Top Box, etc. and hence he did not give the cheque. I am extremly sorry for this inconvinence.
Now the belongings have been made readly available. Therefore, it is requested that my refund cheque may be sent again please.
