NAAPTOL — Need my money back

I have placed an order and got it delivered on 10-September-2010. The problem is with the SDMemory card (I explained the same to one of your customer care agent). Please find below my order details:

I have explained more than 50 times with this CC NO-[protected] the same to Customer Care on various occasions but I did not get proper response.. This really is frustrating.

Finally I am not interest with that product and need get back my money,so return that product via Blue dot ([protected]) on[protected] In their Receipted by Mr.Dass on[protected],The customer care people accept that and told "sent your money via cheque " with in ONE WEEK but still now i am not get any response from naaptol side, February 4th 2011 finally talk with naaptol person

With the Subject and Reference cited above, I am submitted Your Product (Desire Slicer & Dicer + Mini Silai Machine Combo). I have sent you the product to your address to the Aramex India Pvt. Heance, I humbly request you to kindly sir, Enquiry on this matter and Refund me that my total Amount Rs 2300=00 & Gift Voucher. So please take some NECESSARY ACTION earliest.

i have placed and got it on 7 feb problem in car stero with mp3 and fm (i explain the same to one of your customer care agent plz find below my order no3395160 and customer care agent not recived my complain so plz taken my complain and reslove it it is defective product so plz take the action.
