[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — Defective product

I have purchased Spy Pen 16 GB from naaptol company order was placed on phone and payment was made after getting above product by coreir to coreir company. But product was defective and on advised of naaptol.com given on phone I have sent above product to Aditya Infotech, Bank Stret, Koti Hyderabad. Which was delivered to Aditya Infotech on dtd. 12.4.2010 as inform by Indian Postal service office of Superintent Kota Rajasthan. The same information sent to naaptol on Fax and E-mail but I have not recieved repaird/replacement of above product till date. Naaptol Company is not relibel and may be fake Company there fore action may be taken against them

I bought a MP3 player through Naaptol on-line. I find that the battery is defective as a full charge lasts only for 45 minutes. The company is not responding to e-mails and feedbacks. The customer service number is never available. Finally after trying for several days, I managed to get through and was given a complaint number but after that nothing has happened.

I, Dr. Manoj Kumar Jha reporting complaint that, I have purchased a Digital Camcorder modal No. DV540 (8.0 MP), order No 424243 during purchase deal your Sales Executive assured me that,

1. This model is having 8 MP, where as it not mention any where in the Camcorder or Brother or Guaranty Card.

2. During making the payments against above deal, if I am using ICICI Credit cart, I will get wrist watch free, which was not delivered so far.

3. In this model AAA 3 Batteries are free, which was not also not delivered.

4. Camcorder while recording it is not saving in the memory.

I had several times telephonic discussion with your Sales Executive but there response is not proper, Either they are intensely holding the phone or disconnecting the line.

If the will talk also, they are not giving any proper responce.

If you have inculcated the culture like this in your farm, it is really shaking .

I request you kindly to look into the matter seriously and do the need full as earliest, either you replace the camcoder or rembers my mony Rs. 3499/ - as earliest.

I brought a sewing machine in sep 2010 through news paper ad given by Naaptol.com via order no.740873 and when i used that product that was not working i sent it back to company for change that product but when i received again that product and used same problem is occuring.

This company is doing frod with people through selling the defective product. please look this matter at urgent basis.

these complaints are 100% true.
I ordered a Blackberry mobile from Naaptol.com and the product which they delivered is non-functional. They told me they will initiate a refund process but nothing has happened even after 20 days. I need to file a case against them.

My order number is 1463846. I am really frustrated with the assistance from Naaptol.com and have lost my patience. planning to take legal action against them.
I had ordered VOX IE7 mobile and bought on 15.11.2011 but u delivered a defective phone.am raised the problem after 4 days of the delivery and i also contact customer care, service officer but til now they couldn't give correct solution and not responding. i want refund because this mobile is worthless and useless for the function. internet connection not supported, sound effect is bad with hearing headphone also, slide button is not working then now a days your headphone not supported but other headphones are supported. please reply and what i do for refund procedure and alternate idea.
