cheeting customers by stuffing in duplicate shampoo in to panteen shampoo box.They are not taking the product back.
After applying the shampoo itching head and headech...
the shampoo has a very bad smell.

I need lodge a complaint regarding Nilgiries retail outlet at Hormavu main road before the railway track on the left side of the mail road in Bangalore.This is regarding our wallet that was lost at the outlet and it had most of out valuables like credit cards, debit cards, travel insurance card, Amex corporate card, pan card and cash Rs. 4000.
There was a chaos created by the staff for getting the amount swiped for our monthly milk delivery in advance where they asked us to call someone regarding same from their landline etc., while this we missed our wallet in the confusion. No other customers were in the outlet during that time at the counter.
They had the CCTV working during that time so when we realized not having our wallet we asked them to check on the CCTV recording but did not get any response and we were asked to be back in 30 mins as the CCTV guy was off for lunch. But when we returned after 30 mins we were sent back saying that the recording was not working hence they did not have any details recorded.
We went to the police station for registering a complaint and got the FIR.
The fact of the CCTV not working or the recording data was deleted is not yet clear its kind of pathetic to deal with such supermarkets where there is no professionalism.
Nilgiris — Charging VAT on packaged items inclusive of all taxes
Nilgiris, Auchan and many other food stores charges VAT on packages items like Lays, biscuits , juices etc although they come at MRP INCLUSIVE of all taxes. This is really not tolerable and government should take strict action against it. I need to register a complaint against the Nilgiris in Ashok Nagar, Chennai which is on the Jawaharlal Nehru road near Jawahar Vidyalaya primary school...at the time of billing the store person swipes the product but keeps changing the price..if the price in the system is wrong, then it needs to be updated. but i think the discount on the product is being cleaned away by the franchisee..

Nilgris super market Valasaravakkam was cheating the customers with high cost and low quality food materials. Last week I about the country egg from nilgris it is fully opaque packed one fours eggs they sale at rupees 45 while came and open I shocked its normal egg and which was painted on top in which one was in broken condition. One the same day itself I about red banana two pieces it's rate was 35 Rs that looks like good and ready to eat condition when I gave to for guest they are not good inside it is raw in nature but on outer area it looks nice. I can digest this things to pay money for poor quality foods. For one coconut they pay 32 Rs while the same size in market it's around 15 only. They charged for carry bag also. I am writing this issue was only for human being. We people are eating this chemically food from such supermarket and facing some health problems not only us and for.kids to with some.dieases. my request is kindly don't go for packed food. Go and buy thing in markets . even fruits itself we can't check in nilgris shop they are packed and weighed it so we can't check effect whether it's is in good condition or not.

Hi,I bought a Old Spice Deo from Nilgiris, Kormangala, Bangalore. And after applying it, rashes developed on my armpit. The shop people refused to take it back.
