NOKIA/handset nokia-1600 — battery failure

i purchased nokia1600 mobile phone in January, 2007. i have used phone less than an hour each day but battery is gone. its giving since 2-3 monts standby time of one day only and talktime hardly 2 hrs. what to do?

Nokia dont care about my product. There is no care at nokia custemer care. they dont give handset replacement. My 1600 mobile under warranty period.but they dont solved my problems. I am handover my mobile 3..4 times to the COMLINK SYNERGIES I PVT LTD([protected]@nokiacareindia.com) but my problem is repeat they dot give me handset replacement.

Nokia 1600 — Does not detects SIM card

When I switch on my Cell phone it shows 'Insert SIM'. I've tried with some other sim cards also, and its showing the same message. Sometimes it works after a restart, but within few minutes, it shows the same message again. Please help me to solve this problem. I'll be very thankful if anybody provides me a good solution.

Nokia 1600 — replacement battery not received

Sir,
I have not received the replacement battery which you sent through Blue dart courier service. Initially they sent an sms to come and collect the battery from their office but when I went, they could not find the battery. Later, when I again asked, they informed me that our area is not covered under their service and hence they send the battery back to Nokia.

Recently, I received an envelope from nokia which contains packings for battery but I found no battery there. There was also an instruction sheet which says I should send the old battery back to nokia packed in the battery packing which was inside the envelope. Then, we enquired the post office manager thinking that the postman might have taken out the replacement battery, but they also refused the charge.

I am at a loss and do not know what to do. Please help.
