[Resolved]  Nokia C7 — phone not working properly even after replacement

i purchased nokia C7 on 21st DECEMBER,2010,from REALMS(NOKIA PRIORITY PARTNER) N-41,CANNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI-1,PHONE NO.-[protected].. MY OLD PHONE EMI NO. WAS [protected] AND THE RELACED ONE PHONE EMI NO. IS [protected]. My phone started creating hang problem on the same day..the very next day when i complainted all that to nokia priority they said some softwares take time to start you may use it if again problem will come then we will see.. on the next day on 23rd dec, 2010..when i again complaint rather then replacement they send phone to nokia care.. on 24th dec they gave phone back to me but when i start the phone it never started.. only then after shouting and not getting agree for again sending the phone to nokia care they agree to replace the set but the new bill issued to me on the back date...the new phone again start giving the switch and touch problem..but nokia priority again said the same line use it your first set was not ok but its not possible to have problem in all set.. after insisting alot they take my phone on 4th dec, n gave it back to me on 7th dec by saying that its working properly but i am using it.. its giving problem in touch of receiving call.. i am really very upset.. i spend 18600rs. and phone is not working properly even after replacement now tell wat can i do..please help me out i really need ypur help..

Nokia C7 — lost in transit through india post

i have posted mine brand new nokia c7(400gms.) through indian post services.but due to some reasons i havent received it.but i received just its box whose weight is 137gms.please see into the matter.

Nokia C7 — GIVEN USED MOBILE

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I Purchase Nokia C-7 Mobile Handset on 22nd March , due to hardware problem in handset i visited 3rd day of purchase to outlet and they sent me to Nokia Care to update Software but still same problem happened. Then again on 6th day i visited your outlet for solution after a long discussion with store manager and i requested him to exchnage with new one & tey even tested my mobile what problems i said was correct or worng but excatly right . anyhow after discussing with their boss they finally exchanged with new one at 1:20pm on 28th March. I am very regarding this but what happened here is they showed me one mobile and packed another mobile in the time when i am lokking to other products to buy for difference amount. I asked to sales person also its opend pack ( why i asked is i purchased nearly 10 mobiles all higher handsets only from the same sales person he will open the seal in that way i usually seen previously its completely different) but he simply said no sir i opened when u went other side , so i trusted him and they packed it. I took it. Today moring i opened it surprised to see messages dated 28/10/2010 in inbox / outbox / drafts & even internet browsing history plus downloads. Next moment i called to sales person and asked regarding this at first he adidn't aggreed but later he said that its opened pack only sir its a display piece & arguing that he informed me regarding that. so i need solution for this what happened in your store. It's also a very old piece ( Oct 2010 ) full or scratches on screen guard i haven't observed in store due to over lighting in store.

So , please do the needful and resolve it. I need new one. orelse i will go to consumer forum. I want the reason from the sales person why he did like this to me. did i took mobile freely or what is he thinking.

NOKIA / C7 — Non Working of PHONE

Dear Sir,
I have purchased NOKIA - Model- C7 on dated.5th Jan, 2011 from Nokia priority Dealer. The said Phone started hanging after just 1 month of operation and I have given it to Nokia Care and they updated the software and in the course erased my all Data ? Again on 2/4/2011, after 1 month of Software update of new phone, it starts again hanging and this time not working even and again since I have left no option except to send it to your same Nokia care for checking and I was surprised to know that they have asked me to wait for at least 1 week for rectification of the same.
Now I want to know,
1. what is my fault,if I have chosen Nokia ahead of other manufacturers ?
2. Why should I wait for 7 days (2 days previously during the software up gradation), when I buy this phone by paying hard cash ( without loan or emi).
3. Why should I suffer and loose my business because of their manufacturing defects or any other reason?
4. Every-time, they are erasing my date without taking any backup, who will get back my Data ?
I have taken This cell phone for my pleasure not for burden.
Under the above circumstances, they should either refund my entire amount without 1 day delay or immediately replace with new Handset. As in any case, I will not suffer for your fault resulting my
business loss. So I hope that being the No.1 brand in India and excellent

Dear jainrl,

Even i've bought a Nokia C7. The paint of the phone has started peeling off in the sides within 15 days o[censored]se. Jus wanted to know if it the same with u. Nokia says that panels aren't on warranty. Am shocked to see their behavior!!!
HI, this is to bring ur notice that Nokia C7 and N8, both have Symbian O.S^3 and have a common defect of restarting.Pls refer to this document, this is a common problem world wide.Try to convince the dealer for a full refund or take them to consumer court..n make it fast before u loose your warranty period.Review link- http://www.mobile-review.com/articles/2010/n8-brak-en.shtml

Nokia C7 — Replacement not done

Dear Manager,

I baught new Nokia C7 from nokia priority, Jamnagar. After some hours use it started getting problems like flash light was not working (While I checked at the time o[censored]npacking the model), It was swithching off automatically while doing work on that and finally after 6 days it could not be started as it failed to start......Not switching on the device....What I did, I had given for replacement and when I got my piece back I found the internal portion was changed but the body remained same....In body there were few dots which was at the time of handing over for the replacement were not there.....What is service centre doing?They told me that you have tried to open the piece and done wrong with led flash light.....Actually I cared for that device like I did not even put my handset on surface I was using the paper or cloth and I was putting it on that.Now I want my piece replaced or I want my money back othterwise I will have to go to the customer forum and will complanint against nokia india.....I had purchased nokia because I have faith in nokia but if
they will continue doing the same it will not be good for them.
