HORRIBLE PERFORMANCE OF BATTERY. I have given my phone to customer care also. still its performance is really bad. the battery wil be drained out with in 12 hours even if i dont make any calls or messages. i have bought this phone 15 months before. from 3 months after buying the phone onwards, i am facing this problem. i have never expected this from Nokia. My phone model is Xpress music 5130. I think i should never go for a nokia phone ever again in my life.

Nokia Mobile — Arrogant and insulting behaviour at Nokia Service Centre

In April 2010 I have purchased Nokia 6300 from one of the Nokia's retail outlet near Charni Road, on 5th Jan 2011 I found its touchpad is giving problem so I sent my person to one of the service centre "Telephone Electronic Corporation" at J.S.S. Road Chira Bazar on 5th Jan 2011.

1. It was told that I will get the Mobile will be repaired and returned within 2 days.
2. Since it was Saturday on 8th Jan I called them on 10th Jan, but that time it was told that it might take another 1 or 2 days.
3. On 11th evening when I called for the same thing the female called "Sima" just started talking arrogantly unfortunately the words she used to answer gave me a feeling of slum areas instead of a MNC. She also suggested me to take the mobile back in case if I dont want to wait for them to repair it. I found it very much insulting and went to that service centre personally.
4. I spoke to the Manager and told her I want the mobile back, Manager said its sent to Delhi and it will take another 5/6 days. So I asked for a shipment document which can show its in Delhi.
5. Finally when they checked the status in front of me they found it is repaired and in transport towards Mumbai.

Being in service industry for last 15 years we definetly understand the problems any service centre can face when they are depending on somebody else for warranty repairs. We have baught nearly 40/45 Nokia instruments within last 2 years for our employees. We are sure being such a small client, even if we choose to switch to another brand it doesnt affect Nokia's over all business.

Personally I feel that for any company dealing in mobile kind of products, their service centres play important roles in advertising.

I am not sure if my complaint will be attanded seriously but still I will wait for them to respond.

as i pur chase nokia mobile i.e 5233 on 31mar 2011 at lingampally greet well shop when i m charging the phone getting charge and when i m tailking the phone getting heat and when i put in pocket i regnognise some radiaton heat coming from phone when i go 2 shop 2day another mobile came same problem so please replace my mobile as soon as possible i select nokia why bcoz no 1 in market brand but when i select nokia mobile i fell happy and proud 2 be an owner of nokia so plz replace me another mobile sir m.v.b.chary chandanagar, rr.dist hyd cell [protected]

Request to deactivate the phone

My Nokia N97 handset has two minor problems : broken keygiuard and loose steel frame. For repair, Nokia care Kolkata gave me estimates of Rs 2200, Rs 2800 and Rs. 3400 during the last 30 days with increments of Rs 600 every 15 days though there are no additional problems. They claim that cost of parts are continously increasing.

sir,
with due respect i want to state that i owned a nokia 5130 xpressmusic phone.i purchased it in 2009.during first year my phone was functioning ok.then during first year the phone has some time issues with software and boot failure once and it was corrected "in jaipur nokia care on tonk road". after that for my stuies i have to move to noida there i encountered with the software crash every now and then. but they renew the software and say its fine this issue i faced round 30 times in one year and less.at last they submitted the phone for factory repair and i again have to move back to jaipur in february 2011 and since then my phone is not working its in contact service problem.
when i took the phone to the nokia care in noida sector 8 they said some parts are missing . but i said that my cell phone is not used since i have taken it back from them.
i have several times taken the phone to nokia care and mailed the customer care as well. but have not recieved any response.
i find myself cheated by the nokia care at noida sector 8.right now my phone is lying with nokia care in lucknow hazratganj for two months. now they are telling that the phone's imei is at fault.

kindly do the needful and do the justice.
