[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not disconnected my Reliance Data Card service on requesting again and again

Hi,

I have taken a reliance data card corporate connection in Oct 2007 and requested for the disconnection of my service on 1st Jan 2008 by sending email to corporatecare.[protected]@relianceada.com
as Reliance web world (Forum Mall Kormangala) guys told me that they don't have permissions to disconnect my service so send the mail on this mail Id. I had send the mail and I have not recieved any response from the reliance communication guys. Again I have send the reminders mails to them and not got a single response. In mean time I have contacted Reliance web world again an again but still my service is not disconnected and they are charging me from last 5 months without any uses.

Reliance Data Card — disconnected the net service without any information

i am capt arvind rana. i am a Army Officer. i am using relience data card for last 2 months. on 24 apr 08 my data card was diconnected without giving me any information about payment of the bill for data card . my bill is genereted on 22 apr 08. on 24 apr 08 i checked my rediffmail to see weather i have received any e-bill from relience but it was not in the inbox. then i opened my relience side for checking the bill online as i opened the side i saw the bill amt was 1392. i was about to pay the bill on line but the net got diconnected. i tried connected but could not do so. all this happened at around 9:00 o'clock 24 apr 08. i call up customer care at around 1800 hrs on 24 apr 08 and requested them to activate my connection for half an hour but they said no. how can the doconnect the net without giving me any message. the sme and when i spoke to coustomer care they said they have send the message. the last date of payement of my bill is 10 may 08. who can the discomnnect before the due date of payement and with out any message. i want reply of the message other wise i am going to the counsumer court and loging the complain for troubling the customer. my last date of payment is 10 may 08 how can a compnay say hte custome will not pay the bill. if i had not payed my old bill then it is understood or if i had not payed my bill till 11 may 08.

Reliance Communication — disconnetion of mobile

RS 250 added in my bill for the services i have no used(music Station).
The complaint was filled in reliance web world on 16 of june, they just wrote my complaint in register and told me that they will enter it in computer later when the server will be faster. I have many time tried calling customer callcenter no 333. but the number was busy i tried it for more then an hour. i have also mailed this matter on reliance communication web site.
Why should i pay for the services which i have not used.
this is all monopoly of the company that once you have buyed reliace connection you have to use poor services. We cant even get the reliance connection disconnect because i have given this number to all my relative, business groups and all social contacts. if change the number i will lose all contacts.

Irrespective of this complaints my phone connection was disconnected. when called to customer care they told me that it may be the mistake of company that you have been wrongly charged in the bill, you have to pay for the bill and the waiver you will get in next month. this call center call took my 45 min.
Why should i suffer the mistake of the service provider.

Due to the disconnection i have face mental tension. and faced economic losses due to short sales.

Reliance/Data card — Not disconnecting the service

Dear Sir,
I had purchase a data card from DELHI & taken a connection from reliance.But now I have change my job & transfer to TAMILNADU.I have submit my request also two times for disconnecting my services, but till now they are not responding after paying all my bill.When i told to customer care, they send to me to NEW DELHI for disconnection.HOW is It possible ? can i go to new delhi for disconnecting after paying all my bills ?

Reliance Communication/Data Card — Does not communicate information properly

I am using reliance data card from last month.I have 3 complains against reliance communication:

1. I had taken night freedom plus(400 Rs + 10pm to 6 am free) plan but these people updated some other plan by themselves.I use it after 10pm only every day, still I got a bill of 2400 Rs.

2.I have submitted my id-proof and address proof, given them correctly all information, but on my bill my surname they had put is wrong.

3.These people has cut my net connection without informing me.My credit limit is 1500Rs, but i have crossed my credit limit.
They should inform me first about my credit limit and when will they cut my connection.I did not get any message or any call from reliance regarding above.Customer care people told me that after paying the amount within 3 hrs they will activate my connection. After 10 hrs also it was not activated. i gave them 7-8 calls then only they activated my connection.
dear sir if you want disconnect your data card pay your total pending bill by cash, credit card then you are disconnect your number. if then they not disconnect your number send your details me i will hep you

reliance mobile world — regarding mobile service disconnection

I have a mobile of reliance infocom with a no. of [protected] on the name of Raghvendra Singh.
I have recharged my mobile on dated 23 august 2008 with 496 STV plan and got a validity up to 22 sep 2008.But company has disconnected my services on dated 11 sep 2008 without any prior notice. After contacting to customer care, they informed me that this plan has been finished by their company. I just want to know if company has finished any plan in between then it's not a customer mistake.Company has to take care of all that.

Reliance Communication — post paid disconnection complaint at dated 3 nov but not disconnect

Reliance Broadnet Communication — Bill are issued after disconnection of the Service

Respected Sir,

My Reliance Broadnet No.[protected]. I was not able to get any service after 1 week of installation of the modem. I complaint several time to Reliance Communication CallCentre, which is located in Navi Mumbai, Belapur Road. But no body helped me. I was not able to use service from the month of September, October, November. on 10November my services was barred to due non-payment.. I got calls several times from collection agency of reliance to clear my dues. on Dec25th i paid Rs2409/- on the promise that i owe nothing to pay hence further to reliance.. from the cancellation department representative Mr.Vilas Sare. They told me as services are barred from 10th of November. I owe nothing hence forth.But again in month of Janauary a bill was generated. I complaint to reliance about the issue. Floor Supervisor Miss Hema Navani promise me that she will will waive of the bill and somebody will collect all the devices. but today on 2nd of February i again called to reliance to collect their devices. But they are asking me to pay the bill first.. I was cheated by reliance communication callcentre people like anything and i was able to use the serivces only for a week but i had paid almost Rs.5000/- and still they are asking me more money. Please help me and let me know what i can do so that atleast after paying so much money i would get rid of this problem..

Reliance Communication Limited / Data Card — No proper Connection

This is to inform you that I Shri Bikash Bhowmik employee of IC Centre, Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata booked one data card connection for my personal use in my desktop computer. In this reason I applied on 23-02-09 with full advance payment of Rs. 2, 350/- (By Cheque No. 933491 Dt. 23-02-09, State Bank of India, JU Branch) All correspondence made by Reliance Kolkata office, Reliance House (Near Park Street) and employee’s names are: (1) Mr. Surajit Pal Chowdhury [M: (0)[protected]] & (2) Mr. Rup Kumar Bodhak [M: (0)[protected]].

But sorry to inform you that no proper connection received in my house till to-day (Dt.[protected]. On request several people come in my house but they are failure. I think this particular device and software are corrupted and also I request them please change this device but no response. No device supply to me.

In this situation to day I decide not to require this data card connection, because Reliance service is very very poor. Please instruct to Kolkata office to refund my money immediately and take necessary action as early as possible.

[protected]) .that time I were working at silvassa (DN &H) . After using 3-4 days, data card having some hardware problams. Mr Chinmay collected data card from me for repairing / replacement with the assurance of return back within week.after then myself followup to mr. chinmay continiously one month, but not got our data card. after one month our company transferred me at Aligarh(U.P). before 8 month myself followuping continiously mr. chinmay for our data card.but not get any responce & our data card from them.

So please do the needful urgently.

Reliance Communications — Calling for bill payment of disconnected post paid

Hi there,

I was having a Reliance CDMA post paid connection. I canceled it and converted number to prepaid with full payment for processing and due amount. That prepaid connection was also not used at all since more than two quarters. But Reliance folks keep me calling for due payment of that number. I did contact on their center and they confirmed that no dues are pending on my connection but still these people keep me calling and disturbing.

Reliance Data Card — GETTING BILLS WHEN DISCONNECTED

My reliance data card number is [protected] for which I used to get the bill. Approximately two months before I disconnected my Card. However, still I am receiving the bills. I want this issue to be resolved ASAP. You People do not call me on my cell number and call me on my land line number when I am not at Home... Your Previous agent told me that he will come to my place and collect the data card which he did not do. And he also told me that the bill will not be counted. Later you sent me the same bill when I am not using it.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
