I had applied for a duplicate PAN card vide receipt no. [protected] and I got the status that the PAN card has been dispatched via ExpressIT courier service on 25th October 08. Today is 31st Oct 08 and till now, I have not received the courier.

Upon contacting the courier office, I am given vague excuses. Sometimes it's no power, sometimes "no courier boys to deliver", sometimes "system not working"...it is really frustrating.

When I asked them as to what should I do if don't get the courier by Monday (3rd Nov 08) and the answer was "do what you want". I'm very unhappy with the attitude of the Baner branch staff of ExpressIT and wish to lodge Consumer Forum complaint.

Please help in getting the PAN card delivered.
