[Resolved]  NSDL TIN / PAN Card — PAN card not received

dear sir,
i applied for the pan card last two month in the 2011 and i did not recived the pan card yet.last 18august 2011 i applied which Acknowledgment no is -[protected] and my pan no is-CDUPK5319K.I didnt get my pan card on my address.kindly advice what i should do. my address is-

My wife has applied for pan card.It was despatched & returned to NSdl due to slightly maistake was in address, As it should be Sector -10 instead of Sector-10A. If it is possible pl resend the card on the same address is given in the application only at Sector -10

i applied for the pan card last one time in the 2010 and i did not recived the pan card yet.Since one year i applied which Acknowledgment no is -[protected] and my pan no is-AWLPB9804G .i check in the NSDL website which shows me that “Your PAN card has been delivered on 08-Mar-2010 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. ZB8508945, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application”"" but i didnot get till now. if any chances to get my pan card forward to my mail id here i mentioned my full address and mail id.

There my details are loaded wrongly, My father name is loaded as my first name. What i have to do to correct this mistake??.
