Dear Sir,
We have personally complained about the consignment no.225191603, dated 19.06.2008., from PUNE to HYDERABAD.
The above complaint has been posed to your PARADISE office and your HEAD OFFICE at BEGUMPET and met your head at head office.
We have not received the consignment so far, whereas your people confirms that it has been delivered on 21.06.2008 according to net information.
There is no POD availability nor courier ondot courier DELIVERY RUN SHEET also not traceable at head office (begumpet).
Request to kindly look into the above consignment and deliver the materials or else show the POD and run sheet wherein the stamp and signature will be seen.
NO PROPER RESPOONSE IN THIS REGARD.

It is really horrifying about the service of On Dot courier. There service is very poor and if you want to get the status of your consignment by customer care, there executives acts so lazy and irresponsible. Their efforts were really pathetic. They never bother to update you via email or telephone about your complain. If you call them they just give you false commitment and again the story will be remaining same. Mr. CEO of On Dot, These blogs should be a eye opener for you and your organization. If you are not able to give prompt service in this cutting throat competition then you will not survive here. Please think about your drawbacks and try to correct them.
