Online Recharge Services Private Limited — Payment deducted but Recharge failed | |||
Hi, I recharged my mobile phone no.[protected] (Vodafone Prepaid) on 3rd March 2011. The Amount of Rs 200 was deducted from my icici bank account but recharge was not done. Yesterday I lodge a complaint about recharging of Rs.200/- in my prepaid Airtel mobileNo.[protected]. The money which was deducted from my SBI account but has not been recharged. The reference No.[protected]G53982760 transfer to [protected]. Please look into the matter urgently and let me know.

Online Recharge Services Private Limited — Payment Deducted, Failed Recharge
I tried to recharge my friend's SUNTV DTH on 28.12.10 for Rs. 2,000/- (In multiples of Rs. 1,000/- each) through rechargeitnow.com. The payment was deducted but recharge has failed. The transaction IDs are R[protected] & R[protected]. I have a filed a request on 31.12.10 and subsequently so many times. But till date, there is no reply from them. Kindly let me know how to get the refund at the earliest.
