Paramount Airlines — Flight Cancelled - refund not yet received - more than a month

I have booked Chennai – Madurai Ticket for 07th Sep,10 thru Paramount Airlines. but Airlines cancelled the flight at last minute and they did not arrange any alternative also. Paramount customer care confirmed they would refund the airticket with in 7 days. But still I have not received my refund and no response from Airlines also for my mails and phone calls.

Paramount Airways — REFUND OF AIRFARE

I HAVE BOOKED THREE TICKETS ON 03.09.2010 FROM MADURAI TO CHENNAI IN PARAMOUNT AIRWAYS FLIGHT NO. I7402 DATED 13.09.2010. PNR NO. IS 0M9R8T. THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED BY THE AIRWAYS AND AN SMS FOLLOWED BY PHONE CALL WAS SENT TO MY MOBILE NO. [protected] DATED 08.09.2010. WHEN CONTACTED OVER TELEPHONE I WAS ASSURED THAT MY PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS. BUT TILL DATE THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ENSURE THAT THE AMOUNT OF RS. 13446-00 IS REFUNDED IMMEDIETELY.

Paramount Airlines — Paramount Airlines Refund not received

I have had made a booking for two persons for travel from Coimbatore to Chennai on 18 Sep 2010 with PNR No: 0M9HJT.

Just 24 hours ago I received a call about the flight being cancelled and was adviced the refund will be given to the bank account within 7 working days.

Until date it has been 3 weeks and there is no responce. Tried to call the numbers listed in the website and there is no responce. Mails to their email also went in vain.

Can anyone advice how do I contact them to and get the refund.

I donot want my hard yearned money to just go to someone's pocket.

I have booked a ticket for 8th September . The airways have cancelled the flight and they have not refunded the Rs.14848 till date.

Another victim of Paramount Airways. Same situation here.

My PNR is 0M9QCY. It's been 2 months and no refund issued till date, despite several complaints.

I too didn't receive the refind for more than two months now. They are NOT responding ot mails and we could not reach them by phone also.

Paramount Airlines — Flight Cancelled - Not Refunded

I have booked for Chennai to Madurai Tickets for 29th August,10 thru Paramount Airlines. but the flight was cancelled at last minute and they did not arrange any alternative also. So , I found very difficult to travel to chennai.
Also their customer care confirmed, that air ticket money would be refunded within 7 days.
But still I have not received my refund after passing 57 days and no response from them for phone calls. All the customer care numbers which they have posted in the website are not working.
I have already sent two emails and no response from their side.
The above caused a great amount of harassment, mental agony and financial loss to me as a customer to their airlines.
