I TOTALLY AGREE. I HAVE A PROBLEM NOW, TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED. THE NUMBER IN THE WEBSITE IS USELESS. I BOUGHT A WASH BASIN (S) THREE IN NUMBER FOR MY NEW HOUSE AND ALL HAVE CRACKED. REASON UNKNOWN. EARLIER PARRYWARE WERE VERY PROMPT.

I was purchase two number hand sower from different shop on 06june 2009 and following some problems was occured in your products. After complain lodging in your castomer care, my problem was solved in one shower on 8july2009 against docket number "CCA97122". But the other peice have still in problem. After few days waiting I was again booked one complain on 27 july2009 against docket number "CCA97357". One service men was attended against this docket number from kolkata office, but it will not help to solve my proble. I was also contact with some official in Kolkata office but the result was same. So please take care this mail as an urgent and fulfilled your goodwill.
The Web Site is just a "never responded to" useless thing. I wonder if they ever even check these complaints ! I installed two urinals with sensors. It was a disaster from the Day one ! I admit that they had been sending the technician on my telephonic complaints, but till today these auto flush systems are far form functioning !!!

We are Superstar Builders from Powai, we had brought few parryware products from your dealer GLAMOUR CERAMIC TILES, shop no 4, Prashant Apartments, IIT, Powai. In that one of your product PARRYWARE WALL MOUNT FLUSH TANK C [protected]A was fixed in our toilet, but later a strange sound comes from the tank sounding like a cows moan or you can say a car race noise, making it difficult to sit in the cabin. We have been making severals complaints to our dealer the said GLAMOUR CERAMIC TILES, but now they are trying to wash their hands off asking us to make complaints, After we made personal complaints your representative came twice and checked and said would be rectified or replaced shortly. But inspite of several follow ups to your company and our dealers my problem still stands the same.IF THIS IS HOW PARRYWARE COMPANY REACTS AND ATTENDS TO THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS, THEN WE WOULD BE FORCED TO THINK OR EVEN GET TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM OTHER COMPETITORS. You all make it a point to collect full payment on time, but later if you all cannot attend or give valid explanation as to hw the problem can be rectrified or taken care, then whta is the purpose of serving. Kindly take up this matter on proprity basis and implement. PLEASE NOTE
I complaint to prryware about crack in one of my wc, there reprsentativs come and they told me this will not be chasnged. as it is mounted on cement concret, it give heat to the product it is damagd due to this. they got my signature in the document.now how i will get my wc replaced.
I sent 2 emails to Mr. Muthuvel K.A. to provide me names and addresses of Parryware U.K.dealers. And also to Parryware's own ' contact us '.
No response from anyone so far. I fully agree that Parryware has the worst customer care.

I agree with you all but instead of traumatising yoursel[censored]nderstand that the word "QUALITY" does not exist in the dictionary of Indians and India. And also understand that all the business community in this CUUNTRY is here to sell their product get the money and show you their butts when it comes to after sales service. There is service before sales but no after sales service. So choose your products because it serves your purpose and be ready to shell out some more if it does not work. The above is my experience with IFB, Hyundai, LG, LENOVO, Anchor, Havells, Samsung, Eureka Forbes, Godrej and many more. Hats of to those INTELLIGENT SOULS who say "Mera Bharat Mahan". I AM EXPERIENCING WORST CUSTOMER CARE FACILITY WITH DUMB MANAGER. THE PRODUCT IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE FOR MORE THAN 7 MONTHS. THE PRODUCT HAS GONE TO DOGS.
i have purchased basic model wc from ultra ceramics, Bangalore-560070, Rt. No.1011, date 8.6.2011 and stated using at home since august 2011(7 month). the toilet sheet plastic hinge is broken and whole wc has become useless. you have good reputation in this field. if the product does not give service for even one year, what way you are the best in the market.your customer care is very poor and talk of rules without saving reputation. the product design with flimsy plastic hinge is a very bad production. i am taking trouble of intimating you this small matter for your information. i look forward for your positive and corrective response from your end.

sir, i purchased a parryware shower panel, 'splash'in mid september, the very next day the main tap came off, i lodged a complaint with parryware customer care.i recd a complaint no CUP29007, Mrs lalitha shenoy, I ALSO RECD A CALL from [protected] informing me that a technician will be sent .to this date no one has come, when ever i ring up this no, she says, i will look into the matter.the main water connection has been shut, i cannot use the bathroom.we are the dealers of parryware, U R SHENOY, Kundapur, if this is the case with us, what about others???how can we endorse your products?????

Parryware — Poor response to the complaint for faulty sanitaryware
In response to a complaint for faulty bathroom sanitary ware a technician Mr. Azad (ph. [protected]) wad deputed to attend who not only aggressive but gave a hoot when told that he may be complained agaist. My complaint remains unresolved even after 4 days.Parryware — Worst service provider
worst service provider. they only know to sell their products not their service. once you purchased then you have to wait for a month for the service. even their manager will also not pick up you col. so i suggest to everyone to purchased anything from them. they only cheat you.11%
