[Resolved] Passport Office Kolkata — Passport not received

Hi,
I have applied for passport for my mother sometime in March 2012 through mini PSK in Karnajora DM Office, Raiganj. File Number CA14Z[protected]. On passportindia.gov.in site it shows the application date is June, 2012. After that police verification was also completed, but haven't received the passport. The status on passport site is still showing that the application has been submitted along with supporting documents and fees. Why does it take such a long time? And who can really help on this?
