[Resolved]  Paytm — recharge not successful

hello sir,

my name is srinivasdev.p. my paytm recharge was failed.but amount was deducted to my personal account, and amount refund to my wallet.what is the reason about my unsuccessful recharge.that's why iam asking.

I have recharged from my Paytm wallet to idea number [protected].

Money from wallet is deducted but recharge is not successful. It is showing processing... for more than 12 h now.

Kindly resolve the matter on high priority.

I have made a recharge order yesterday at 8:50p.m
of my tata sky id[protected] and my order no is[protected].I am very
diappointed and angry for the late service as my order is still
processing after deducting my balance from my debit card.I have waited
long for my recharge and mailed in paytm customer care but it seems that
paytm is careless regarding this and not responding.

I have recharged an amount of rupees 139 using INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK using PAYTM mobile app. The recharge is not successful for the number but the amount was debited from my account..The failure recharge process details are
