I worked in plexus netcon from 1st august till 4th February (six months) but i only received my salary for 4 months, when I asked to give my salary for december and january, they said we don't have and do whatever you can do...

the worst company i've seen in my life, they don't know and deserve to do business, If they don't have money to pay, shut down the company and beg on the road, instead of giving false hope to people and making them wait for their salary. I just wasted 6 months of my career in Plexus, the company is not capable of paying their employees, then why the hell so much of show off. bade bade bate, saale bhik mange khate, aur doosro ka ghar ujadte, aur unke muh se khane ke niwale cheente,
“What goes around comes around” or “as you sow, so shall you reap”
its a curse to plexus and everyone who supports this company

i was working in plexus for 2 months and the company didnot pay so i left
and i never received my salary

i called the hr which is of no use and the owner himself is a miser the hr does not know how to speak english and she takes all the interview
|

the owner never shows his face and the entire company is filled with his relatives is this a company or his family re union hardly 20 people working and politics like parliament

i joined this company thinking that i will getting an experince of call center but my experince was very bad. bad compnay, after joining got my salary after more than 45 days and after leaving my remaining salary is still not given to me, cheap company, no policies, just blood sucking company

i was also working with this company for a couple of month and faced this same issue and was shocked when spoke to the hr, that lady sonal said that i'll be getting my salary on 15th of every month and it had been more than 50 days and i didn't get any salary, and i had no choice other than working till i get my salary, and i got in the 3rd month and i knew if i keep working they will keep postponing my salary, so i just left after my salary, and gave the rest of my salary to the so called owner SWANAND in bheek,
let him enjoy my salary, woh bhi kya yaad rakhega kis se paala pada tha,
i dont understand how is the rest of the management people working there, i'm sure they are paid high, but are they really paid or doing slavery, bloody slaves, and yes as said i checked the website, its really funny, everything mentioned in it, nothing really matches the company, uk, australia, and what else, oh my god... no wonder the rest of the people in my batch left, may be they must have known about the company which i didn't knew. anyway, god help the staff with some brain and the owner with some shame.

really, plexus is a very bad company, i wanted to grow in a call center but i chose the wrong company, they did not give my salary for 2 months and so i had to leave plexus and now i joined another call center which is far better than plexus, they have good filtered water, nice tea, place to have your food, and i also get my salary on time. plexus doesn't even has a proper toilet, i think they don't even have money to pay the toilet cleaning guy, this plexus is not a call center but its a family hub where everyone is related to each other, the receptionist became hr and got married to owner and now became hr manager, wow. so whom should we complain. they have a vehicle in which they ask 10 to 12 people to sit together and ask us to adjust. the hr sonal asks us to adjust money from somewhere when i went and asked for my salary. is she mad? and yes she really does not know how to speak english. i came to know that the virgo guy was working in plexus as a team leader and he ran away with all the agents and opened virgo, good he did that, nice job, someone should do like this to this khadke owner which is of no use. virgo good company, plexus bad company. and the manager bastard does no work and gets big payment. all the time he is sleeping. does not know how to work and comes to office to take other's girl friend and get married. no shame. and the tl i think he is been adopted by plexus. he is in plexus from long ago. plexus very bad very bad. they cheat customer and get money from their bank accounts. frauds frauds. they don't even pay the driver. he also complains ki mera pagar de do re in the vehicle. they should rub plexus name from the building and name it sulabh shauchalay. they make everyone suffer, one day khadke khandan will suffer.

Did Kingfisher appoint Swanand Khadke as their new C E O, Its in the news Kingfisher has not paid their employees since last 3 months, I wonder this can be only done by such CEO's who say "We bring more business opportunities, and believes success of business per customer satisfaction. We have excellent and skillful staff which gives 24X7 service" this line is somewhat similar to the Kingfisher's, ha ha ha...

i totally agree with all the complaints because i had been suffering from the same at nagpur office, really swanand is that donkey who is attempting to win a horse race but he forget that after all he is a donkey. plexus is running with that management body who have no qualification to survive outside of the plexus it contents with the losers and that swanand is a king of looser. People at Nashik called his father Guruji but see the miracle of god " Guruji k gharr me shaitan paida Hua" I really respect his father but i hate swanand more than that because that donkey doesn't even understand that his act spoiling Image of Respected Guruji. Luckily he got a understanding wife but " kya kare Gadhe k upar jokey baith jaye to wo race ka ghoda to nahi ban jayenga na?"

i guess he should start some side business like his father. he should buy a parrot and sit in his office with cards and ask the parrot to take out one card whenever he gets a customer, we never know may be he will do good at least in this business. "plexus parrot fortune telling"
