I want form of net banking facility as i am sorry to say that there is no such type form available in your Rampur (UP) branch. Neither i traced out on your web site.
Pls send immediately so that i may be able to operate my account with net facility.
I deeply regret to say that there is not good attitude of your staff in mostly branches that's why i want net facility.

i am ramesh kamini. i am a customer of Punjab National Bank. i have taken internet banking id and password 4 months ago. since that time i didn't use that. now i am in job. but unfortunately i forget internet banking id and password.
can i know the procedure to get my account id and password again.

This is G Prabhu Rajan, A/c ([protected]) holder of PNB since two years. I have availed savings account at Berhampur branch (Orissa). Presently I am working in Visakhapatnam. It is difficult for me to move Berhampur to activate Netbanking. I went to PNB VSKP branch for the same and not received proper response from PNB officials.
Please send Internet Application Form, If possible send my Internet user ID and Password with proper guidelines. (Activation and Usage).
I am waiting for the respone. Please do the needful.

Respectfully I beg to say that I live in Lucknow. I would like to contact with you for providing a better option to your customer through A.T.M./Banking facility. I have 33X20 sqft area beside Kanpur Road, Lucknow infront of 4th gate of 32 batallion.
There is no any A.T.M./Bank in this area.
If you would like to open a New A.T.M./Bank then contact IMMEDIATELY.

Punjab National Bank Anushaktinagar — Non-response from Bank
I have tried to contact PNB Mumbai, Anushaktinagar branch, with which I hold an account on several occasions to pose certain queries I have regarding my account but have failed to gather any response through the phone line. I thus visited their website to locate e-mail addresses where I could write to gain information but there has been no response either auto-generated or manual to acknowledge receipt of my e-mail.Thank you for the service.
sir, i had applied for internet banking service at air force station kalaikunda branch on 09 mar10. till now the transaction details have not been recieved. There are other applications which are still pending transaction details since 12 Feb 10. As per the bank officials the entire process takes more than a month. I am not sure if this is the currect bank practise. It is requested that the matter may be looked into at the earliest.
I am Vipon Kumar, My account No is [protected]. I am applying for Internet banking at my nearest branch Tauni Devi at Distrit Hamirpur from last three month. but there is no any response given by the Manager of this branch. There is lot of difficulty to transfer amount from bank to another bank.
