I am a businessman in Dubai. Your internet wireless connection was very important to me but your staff disappointed me.

I bought Reliance wireless Internet connection at Trivandrum (Kerala State) India during the month of April, 2008.

The gentleman who contacted me was Mr. Manoj R. of Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd., Ground Floor, Skyline Melody, Opp. Al India Radio, Vazhuthacad, Trivandrum 695 014. (Kerala) Tel:[protected]/3031944.

My complaint is that, I receive mail through my United Arab Emirates server and not directly though Reliance Server. The Worst problem I faced was I am unable to sent mail out of Reliance connection as they were reluctant to give me outgoing POP settings (SMTP setting). I call them and they will not answer the call. So I went to Reliance office at the above address and contacted the Team Leader the so called Mr. Justin Paul. He contacted Mr. Manoj and requested him to solve the problem. But Manoj did not do the needful and whenever I contact the team leader he also does not answer the call as they know my telephone number. I had to leave Trivandrum on 10th May, 2008 for Dubai and these executives were relieved from my pressure to get the outgoing mail server settings.

I would like to know the reason for not giving the POP settings. Should I keep the Reliance connection or cancel it? I do not have Customer ID other than the MDN number on the card. I am very much disappointed with your service and would request some one to help me or give me proper advice.

Re Reliance Communication service. I have a Reliance wimax receiver on the roof of my apartment. I cancelled the wimax service from Reliance in February because it was too unreliable.
Since February I have called Reliance many times but they have never come to pick up their equipment. Is the company that wealthy that they can leave expensive equipment lying around for five months?

i am working in a pvt firm, am using your network for last few month, last two months i did not use your connection boz there is some persolnal isssues in my life, my complaint is i have received you remainder letter, there is contact no for any clarifiaction abt this letter, when i call many times on that no is [protected], i did not know her name, there is no response from that number,
i am willing to pay for usage amount, and intrested to retain this connection but i want waiver for nonusage amt
and i am using an idea post paid connection no is [protected] same like your number idea is good billing its good customer care am fully satisfied on that network

Some of your representatives come to me for sale a internet data card
Connection they explain me for Rs 2950.00 you will use unlimited usage for two months. I take that connection for my uncle who comes from Japan for two month leave and he use it only for two months after that I told you guys to disconnect my connection and personally I call up in call center to disconnect my connection. in the mean time a short bill is come from your side first week of April 2008 amount is Rs 213.00 again I call that persons and give him cheque amount Rs 213.00 cheque no is 233742 dated 19.04.08 and told him please deposited this cheque and disconnect my connection he told me ok don’t worry I will do it. After that one call is come from Reliance call center on Thursday around 3.15P.M on 19/06/08 she asked me pay my bill amount is due. So what ever is happened it past, again Iam requesting you to please disconnect my connection Iam not using it from last week of March 2008.Iam very depressing from your guys and your system which is unsatisfied to me.

I am also going through the same issue. I took the card in Guntur, AP and called the help desk to get the outgoing mail server (SMTP) information. They are totally clueless, don't even know what I am talking about. With out understanding what I am asking about, they started giving me some bull.

I am still looking for some help.

My Reliance land line phone always out-off order.
I have had Reliance connection from April this year. Before I move to a new location I informed about that and they said the connection can be done in one day. I called the Reliance customer service and they gave a new email address to send my new address info which I did immediately. After 2 days I called again and almost begged them I am working online and if no connection I am jobless. They said will attend this immediately. I waited for another 3 days and nothing happened. I called again and they said to mail to the same address the new address. The nearest internet cafe' was 5km and I went to mail them again. I thought that will solve this in another 2 days. I waited and nothing happened. I called to the customer care again. That is[protected] and after pressing all the key nos finally I got the customer service. The lady talked harshly and said I had to submit my ID and other papers to an office with is 11km away. I thought thats unnecessary called again after 2 days. This time a lady took the phone and I explained the situation and she was kind and tried to help solve the problem. She also asked for the subscription ID which I gave as in previous occasions. She asked to hold on and she called someone who talked me and clarified the new address. He said he will attend this as soon as possible. 10 days passed and again I called and asked for the lady who answered me previous day, cos she was a bit helpful at least. The guy who answered refused to pass the phone to her. I told him that I am not calling to make romance with her and that I am going to clarify what happened to my connection. He was harsh and rude and refused to help in anyway and the phone was cut. After 3 days I called to the office again and they told they are resolving the problem. They will come today itself.
3 days passed again and when I called after the same routine questions they said they will do as much as they can to get it connected immediately. 3 days passed again and I asked to talk with a supervisor who was even harsher. He wanted to show off how superior he was and asked if I had provided the documents my IDs and passports visa police report etc. I went to this Trivandrum Reliance office with all the documents where they said those are not necessary and filed a complaint and said that the same day it will be resolved. I called after 2 days and the customer care person was even harsher this time. He pointed out that I had filed a complaint. He said he is not supposed to help. I asked to talk with a senior. I told him that the customer office personal refused to help. He talked as if he was a minister or something. He told me to hold on the phone. I waited for 30 mins and gave up.
To this day it is 15 day and so far I couldnt find any solution. I wont be surprise even if I had to pay this months bill also cos my plan is an unlimited monthly fixed amount.
The connection has been good and trouble free if connected. Thats why I am not opting fo another service provider.
I hope and wish you get a better service from the customer care.

I have requested for the wire line reliance internet connection. So the sales person came and collected the check of amount 500 & address proof, promised to give internet connection with in 10 days of working day. After 15 days no response from them I called the local customer care[protected], they told internet connection request is canceled then i asked for the refund they said with in 10 days it will come to my contact address by courier. From that time I am calling customer care daily to know the status some time they will pick the call say they give one week back date & said after 4 weeks you will get the check. Daily this is only happening, they are not willing to give the amount so. Moreover I wasted my 03 months from reliance. It is really bad. I am frustrated from calling CC. I dont know when they will refund.
There should be proper feedback when they are going to give, its really hell. Also I called Atik Ahmad who is the head here in Bangalore whose number is [protected], Jayanagar office he also said by Jan-10-2010 i will be getting check but after that he is not picking the call itself. Has reliance become so bad to give the refund also

i urgently needed an wireless broadband connectn. So i contacted a nearby reliance store 3 days back. They told me i had to Pay Rs.3500 to purchase the modem...But the actual revised price is 2299, available on the website as well as told by customercare. These stores are trying cheat customers by charging extra (around Rs.1200) with a lame excuse that they havnt recieved the new stock. But the customer care tells me i can purchase it with the same stock at 2299.
Now the stores have come with a different story. that it is 2299 only for Postpaid modems...???(as if we all are fools.) They took my foto and id proof telling they will provide it to me by evening.(Gave it coz i urgently needed the connectn), asked for advance..luckily i dint give them.
Wen i calld them in the evening.
They dont know about anything...they dont have stock...they dnt know about the id proof and foto...and just slammed the phone. Pitty on reliance.
