dear sir, i had taken a pli(money back policy) bearing policy no 10yr123828 in he name of p.murugesan from namakkal dt in tamilnadu The said policy"s second survavel amound is not yet recived til date.The nesasary records are submit before few months.kindly arrange to sent the amount as early as posible Yours faithfully, P.murugesan.

अब 21 अप्रैल 2009 को पेट की बीमारी के कारण फोर्टिस अस्पताल सेक. 62, नोएडा में भर्ती करनी पड़ीं, और हमने आई. सी. आई. सी. आई. लेम्बोर्ड हेल्थ इंसोरेंस का कार्ड से इलाज कररने को कहा तो अस्पताल कर्मियों ने कार्ड की सभी औपचारिकता पूरी करके इलाज शुरू कर दिया और 5000 रु. हमसे जमा करा दिए तथा 24 घंटे में कार्ड.

I had taken a Postal Life Insurance (Endowment Assurance) bearing policy number APS/NM/28935 -L for Rs.20, 000/- in the name of KULKARNI YOGESH YASHWANTRAO from Madgaon (Goa) on 23.09.89. The primium of above said policy of Rs 63/- was directly diducted from my payment during Army service.But after got retired on 01 Feb 2006 it was unable for me to go through with this system.Now i want to withdraw my deposited money from this schem. Pls do needfull for that.My new Address and contact details are given below.The post office near my house is Maninagar post office.If any other supporting document required for your ready referance pls ask or mail me on above said mail ID.

Delhi Jal Board has been sending me excess Bill continuously Bill mentioning arrearsof Rs. 614 although I already paid the arrears at UPSC post office on[protected] No. 1952. The Delhi Jal Board has again sent me the bill mentioned arrears of Rs.614 as per details given below:

Now I have taken dicharge from the the service in the month of june 2010, it is very defficult for me to pay the premium. My husband death on 08.06.1989 .
