Sir, With humble request this to intimate you that i’ve applied for withdrawal of employer’s ( m/s praxair india pvt ltd ) & employee’s ( sombarta ghosh ) contribution in my pf a/c no. Kn/19243/1069 in form ix on dated 05.03.2009. The fund yet not have been transferred to my icici bank a/c no.[protected]Sarat bose road branch, 127a,sarat bose road, kolkata-700 026 ) I've followed up since april 2009 but yet not get any outcome. Praxair India Pvt ltd — Deposited Money
respected sir,i am having debit card of account no.[protected] thru which i deposited money rs.5000 on ATM no. S1AN1966 TXN no.7403 dt.09.12.2008 at 14:46. But instead o[censored]sing envelop i deposit the money in cash( 10 X 500).
so please let me know that wheather that money is deposit with u or not. Is there any problem?.
kindly help me with sending me u r statement urgently.

Praxair India — PF WITHDRWAL YET NOT TRANSFERRED

I've applied for withdrwal of PF amount on dated 05.03.2009. On repeated request & follow up at both PF department & my previous company , till date no response was received & the same yet not transferred to my ICICI Bank A/c No:[protected]
I request for early disposal of the same.

Praxair India — amount deducted from saving a/c without being booked.
On the day 17 nov, 2008 amt. INR 5, 325 has been debited from my salary a/c no.[protected].But fact is that i haven't booked any ticket on that perticular date or in last 3 month.
Also i am having only debit card of ICICI bank.So no matter of booking e-ticket online.
Bank ststements also showing the same.
pl. do the needful.
