I am a customer of vodafone prepaid MSISDN [protected] since 15 Jul 12. On 15 Jul 12, I recharged the my number with Rs. 117/- and I got Rs. 125 talk time which I had enjoyed with calls to my dear ones but very next day the deduction showed excess deduction from account on which I have not used. Further, I did quiery with customer care on 16 Jul 12. The executive who was online stated that at 1110Hrs there was a call from my number about 58 minutes of duration which resulted in deduction of Rs. 42/- which I was not aware of and I checked the details by dialing *111# on the same time which showed an unknown number which I am not at all concerned. These matters I conveyed to the customer care executive instantly. The response was very poor. During my queries to the customer care I requested to connect me to the higher level. The Nodal Officer Mr. Ansuman Sakya who interm replied with satisfactory reply and ensured further investigation on my grievance. Till date, there is no development on the subject. 2. On 30 Jul 12, my account was again deducted with Rs. 10/- on which I enquired customer care resulting a report of ISD SMS to 004366 two times from my number which is a false statement. There were no sent SMS items on my mobile and there was not any alert on my balance deduction. The complaint was registered on the subject and I requested the complaint registration number but the executive said the details will be sent to your number very shortly. But Till date I did not received any message from customer care. 3. Further on 03 Aug 12, there was a deduction of Rs.10 from my account which I could not register with the customer care due to server rejection. 4. In view of my above grievnces, you are humbly requested to look into the matter and may please be initiate a speedy action on my requests and grievances. air force — No trace of cheques submitted for credit card payment
Dear sirPl refer my Request Number:SR[protected] dated 29 april 09. I am yet to receive any confirmation on subject. Meanwhile I have issued another SBI Deolali cheque No.325737 dated 02 May 09 and deposited at ICICI Nehruplace branch at New Delhi on 04 May 2009 for amount of Rs. 3000/-. Its fate is also not known to me and bank keep on charging late fee in April amnd May 09 respectively.
Detailes of payment is as follows:-
( a ) Cheque No. 325732 dated 06 Mar 09 Amount Rs 3400/= A/C No. [protected]
(b) Cheque No. 325737 dated 02 May 2009 Amount Rs. 3000/- A/C [protected]
May atleast know if cheque has been not honoured or my bank has not informed on problems, if any. I am worried where my cheques are going. Till date the amount has not been deducted from my acoount.
Pl help me know the problem. Also request you towaive of late fees for apr and may 09.

air force — bribery by the loan officer
I have a complaint about some loan officers of SBI Nal Bangalore. I applied for education loan but the officer told me to come to his residence. At his residence he told me that " you have to pay me to get education loan or you should leave the dream of education loan". And one more person have same complaint about that officer. sir,I cell no [protected] have been deducted for Rs 30/- for m junction but i have not opted any such services . mtnl customer executive is telling that i have send a message for m junction . i have received a message but i have not replied when told to customer executive they replied in very arrogant manner and not lodge my complaint regarding this. so i want justice if no message or call made to m junction how my account has been deducted against that junction .plz do the needful. thanks

air force — CONVERSION OF AMOUNT DEDUCTED
Sir,My account No.[protected]. I made a ATM transaction on 16 Dec 2008 of 8, 000 rupees. No cash was collected but amount was deducted from my account. I called my branch at Vikas puri, New Delhi. I spoke to Mr.Mithun Bhandari about this. He assured the amount will be reverted back to my account by the next working day. But till date it has been not done. Now he is not responding also. Pls help us. It is very difficult for a Defence Personnel to go now and then to the branch which is located at 30 Kms away from our office at Race Course, New Delhi. This problem is faced by many of our personnel . So please do the needfull. Atleast open a small branch at Race Course or else appoint a separate relationship manager to resolve our problems.
