[Resolved]  PRVS COURIER — ICICI BANK CHEQUE.BOOK

Being a reputed bank, ICICI should stop using such cheap couriers. I am also facing the same problem

i am K Srinivas resident at 8-4-17/10, plot no 24, sai ramnagar colony, champapet, hyderabad 500079, my has been despatchged from icici bank on[protected] vide air way bill no 4378653, i am not in receipt of cheque book till now kindly despatch immediately,

CHECK BOOK & WELCOME KIT — DOCUMENTS NOT DELIVERED TILL DATE

ICICI BANK & SHAREKHAN LIMITED both had sent very important documents by speed post on 15/10/2010 from BANGALORE & on 29/10/2010 from MUMBAI respectively to my permanent address village-RADHAMADHABPUR, post-MANIHARA, dist-PURULIA, pin-723168,WEST BENGAL,INDIA. Today it is 20/11/2010 but the both packet has not yet been delivered. As per India Post, Speed post ID nos are EK[protected]IN & EM[protected]IN respectively. I tried to contact the postal department at Kolkata,Delhi,Asansol as well as the Mumbai office but as usual, no body picked up the phone.
I also tried to e-mail ( e-mail ID found from web site ) but bounce back.

I want my packets to be delivered immediately without further delay.

ICICI Bank — not receiving the courier

I requested for the cheque book & PRVS couriers mentioned that no such person stays on my personal permanent address. Then they told me that they tried to call me & I didnt answer. They dont even know what they did with the cheque book. Its the worst service. I would recommend to move them out of these services.

i got sms from ICICI bank that the document is sent by PRVS courier( AWB 1599283) & will reach within 7 wkg days dated[protected].
but till today[protected] i have not received.
please look into the matter.
please provide bangalore address & phone number of the courier.

i RECEIVED sms from ICICI bank DATED ON 05.11.11, Returned CHQ document is sent by PRVS courier( AWB 5034214) & will reach within 7 wkg days .

ICICI Bank sent one package thro'PRVS courier vide awb no:1605303, still i did't get that package.

i received sms from axis bank that my welcome kit has been dispatched from PRVS courrier on 22/12/2011, but it yet not received my kit, i request to axis bank dont take services of PRVS courrier in future.it customers facing lots of problems in the service.

this courier is waste courier. icici is losing name and cancel the agreement. no dedication or commitment on delivery. they are no punctual. hopeless courier. i supposed to get courier may end and still struggling. they are not even lifting the call.

Hyderabad PRVS courier office is hopeless office.

Worst Service from PRVS Courier

Very worst services from PRVS courier hyd. I am suggesting to ICICI Bank don't use this courier services in future.

There are several complaints against prvs couriers. However, ICICI Bank keep taking their assistance in sending the cheque books.

Why the icici bank is using the darmashastra couries for sending cheqe books, even for tracking also they dont have website.

cheque books are very urgent for everybody..., if they can charge for the cheque books but need to use quality couriers...

Registered office which is centrally located at Hyderabad operates wide network coverage in India at National level providing delivery services to more than 1000 destinations. THEY SHOULD BE Well trained staff of 500 OR ATLEAST 5 SHOULD BE dedicated personnel spread across length and breath of India to cater to the courier needs of the individuals and institutions across the nation.

Operations staff, AND field staff WILL NOT DECIDE to providing the best possible service to its customers for time bound deliveries of their valuable documents and parcels.


WASTE SERVICES KEEPING DELIVERIBLES WITH THEM WITHOUT NOT DISPATCHING AND THEY DONT BOTHER TO INFORM TO CUSTOMERS

I Received a SMS from ICICI BANK- REG.MY Internet Banking Password for Credit cards DELIVER VIDE PRVS AWB NO. SR[protected] ON 26-MAY-2014 TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED

prvs courier service is too worst, please ICICI bank admin don't use this service for cheque books. cheque returns.since 09/09/2014 im waiting for my cheque, today 13/09/2014 i don't received the courier. Indian postal service is better than this service.

In their portal it is showing as "shipment will be delivered on or before 30th Sept" and fact is that 30th Sept, 2014 is already gone.

I have never seen such horrible service. I called them in all possible numbers available in their own website/ just dial. But nobody picking up the call.!

So many complains & I am really not sure why ICICI is still continuing with this bogus cheap courier company.

This PRVS is not eligible for single rating also.

I too had identical experience with ICICI Cheque Book Delivery relating to of our 2 Bank A/cs.
ICICI Bank should do some thing to remedy these incidents.
