Hi, This is Samir Roy Chaudhuri from SODEPUR, KOLKATA-700110, WEST BENGAL.I bought your PURE water filter on 26/08/2007 from Mr. Prasanto Das([protected]).The GERMKIT battery KIT has finished.From last 3 months I am calling the servicing guys of your local servicing centre to replace the old finished battery kit by a new battery kit but no one has listened to my voice.I called the help line several times...[protected](PURE-IT HELPLINE).Every time I called them they are saying "OK we are coming within next 72 hours".But the thing is that (3 * 30 * 24) = 2160 hours has been left.But still the battery kit has not been replaced. I would like you to take quick actions.
