[Resolved] PURE-IT WATER PURIFIER — Replacement of battery | |
I have ordered for replacement of battery alongwith tap on 16.06.2009 on Pureit Helpline No.[protected]. I have been promised that it will be replaced within 3 days. I regret to inform you that inspite of following over telephone daily, the replacement of battery is not being done till today. They simply reply that my complaint is being lodged in their system. Since the battery is monopoly item of HLL, the same is not available in the market. You are requested to kindly arrange to replace the battery immedately.
