SIR, THIS IS THE FOURTH INSTANCE WE ARE FORCED TO CHECK THE MAIL AND GIVE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO PUREIT FOR REPLACEMENT OF TAP FOR OUR PUREIT UNIT.THE COMPLAINT NOS. ARE 1. ISO09/HYD[protected] DATED 03/11/2009, 2.COMPLAINT NO.C[protected] DATED 07.09/2009 AND COMPLAINT 3. C[protected] DATED 9//11/2009 REGISTERED THRO YOUR CUSTOMER CELL.NO.[protected]. EVEN AFTER A LAPSE OF 168 HOURS NONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT AND REPAIRED THE UNIT. EVEN WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE PERSON BY NAME MR.NAVEEN WHO HAS SUPPLED THE UNIT IS OF NO AVAIL AND IS NOT RESPONDING.THIS IS CAUSING LOT OF EFFORT AND WASTE OF TIME AND PHONE CALLS JUST FOR A SIMPLE REPLACEMENT. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SEE THAT THE UNIT IS REPAIRED AT THE EARLIEST.
