I own a pure-it water purifier for which a Germ Kill Battery (GKB) needs to be replaced from time to time. I ordered for a replacement of GKB on 22/04/2012 and I was assured that I would receive the same within 3 working days. I have purchased a Pure-It Water purifier from "Bijli Ghar", 87, Jessore Road, Nager Bajar, Kolkata - 700074 on 11/04/2010 with Vat Invoice No :24368. Replacement of battery

I have ordered for replacement of battery alongwith tap on 16.06.2009 on Pureit Helpline No.[protected]. I have been promised that it will be replaced within 3 days. I regret to inform you that inspite of following over telephone daily, the replacement of battery is not being done till today. They simply reply that my complaint is being lodged in their system. Since the battery is monopoly item of HLL, the same is not available in the market....

Battery replacement- service horror

All the complaints registered above really shows the callous and lackadaisical attitude of the pure-it service. I too have faced a similar situation. I called on 5th march, - was told that they maintain 48 hour TAT and person will come on Monday.
