PVR Cinemas - Online ticket booking amount not refunded

Online booking of tickets through PVR Cinemas chennai made on 31 October 2011. No ticket details were send to email id or phone number registered but money was debited from bank account for the entire cost of ticket.
The same has not been refunded.

HI. I booked tickets for 18/08/2012 for ek tha tiger on 14/08/2012, my ticket booking didnot completed but deductions from my card has been done .Kindly refund the same my card no.is 535960016000892
