[Resolved]  Quick Cab — After confirmtaion Cab not provided

Dear Sir,

This is Aniruddha staying in Faridabad I have complaint for Quick Cab. Two times Quick Cab has not provided me Cab after getting confirmation SMS. In confirmation SMS they provide full details of Cab with Cab number and Driver name with mobile No. These two times, in the schedule time when I called driver on his mobile no., he has no idea about my booking. When I called customer care of Quick Cab they said sorry on and put the phone down. So that time I was in trouble for getting taxi on the time as I have to receive my parents from Nizamuddin Station.

So kindly take quick and strong action against Quick Cab and provide the relief to normal people from fraud and getting trouble from Quick Cab or the system of Quick Cab should be better and no confirmation SMS can send by Quick Cab when Cab is not available.

Quick cab is such a worst experience.

Quick Cab — didn't send a cab after confirm booking

Respected sir,
i had booked a cab with quik cabs on 4th april 2009 at around 7.15 pm (approx) from lajpat nagar new delhi to anand vihar new delhi for pick up at 8.30 pm same day. they had given a confirmed booking.(number.55353). and said driver will caall and we 'll send a text with details half hour before scheduled pick up time. but till 8.20 no call from them and no text. when i called them they said they don't have any cab available. why didn't they 1. accept the booking without checking availability.2. why din't they inform me in time so i could book some other cab and not wait on road for forty mins before i got another cab(Meru). earlier also they have been late in reaching for pick up . such a operater should be banned. thanx.

These people have never ever provided cab on the confirmation as well. It happened with me for like more then 4 times, the things happened with the above gentleman.

Request to take serious action against the fraudelent.

Respected sir,

I had booked Quickcabs on 4th November 2009 at around 8 am (approx) from Sector-22B, Gurgaon to New Delhi airport for pick up at 2 pm same day. My booking (number.30921) was conformed at around 12.30 pm and the cab no was DL 1RY 1151 and name of the chauffer allotted was ram kumar. At 12.35 pm, the same chauffer called me for details of pick up point. But at 1.30 pm, when I called the chauffer, he said he could not come. I was shocked because I had a flight to catch and there was no time left for any alternative arrangement. When I called the customer care then they said they don't have any cab available for next one hour. Why did they
1. Accept the booking without checking availability.
2. Confirm the booking and then cancel it on last minute and,
3. Why dont they inform me in time so i could book some other cab.

Similar incident occurred on 27th October 2009, when I had booked the cab from New delhi railway station to Gurgaon and the booking was cancelled after confirmation.

Request you to take serious action against Quickcabs.

Quick Cab — No refund on late arrival of cab

I have been using 'Quick Cab' car rental service since few days and facing this problem of late arrival of cab everytime. The company refused to take any responsibility for this breach of their own regualtions. I was asked to deal with the cab driver on my own and there was no support from the company. I was also told that no money will be refunded.

Quick Cab — half an hour late

I required a cab at 4:15, to catch a train scheduled at 5:15pm. I received a message from Quick Cab about the details of the cab and the driver.
I called at 4:15 and he said that he was reaching in 5mins. He had not arrived till 4:30. I kept calling and he kept saying that he was 'just reaching', when i finally took an auto and left. While i was enroute to the station, he called that he had reached. It was 4:45. He reached half an hour late. I missed my train due to their unsatisfying,inconvinient services and had to take a bus! I suffered inconviences not only in the matters of time, but also in the matters of money and health.
I am highly dissatisfied by their servies at Quick Cab.
Turns out it's not so 'quick' after all.
