RechargeItNow — eating money | |
i made a recharge from rechargeitnow.com and now they billed me 3 times for single recharge each billing was at a gap of day.i did the recharge via Creditcard and the amount appeared 3 times on my statement. Was this information helpful? | |

i am regularly recharging my phone from this site and i dont have any compalints... in fact i believ it is realy convenient and user friendly... keep up the good wrk guys !
Yes really they are eating money.
To make a single successfull recharge they ask to retry and amount is taken repeatedly.
Please don't use rechargeitnow.

i am a registered member of rechargeitnow.
In recent past i had bad experience wrt recharge of my mobile.
I have 4 failure transactions for which i have not received the refund yet.
According the the policy mail that i have received it should have been settled within 2 days from transaction date.
I am still waiting for the refund to happen..
Following is the details of the transaction and my account

Mobiles numbers which were attempted for recharge - [protected] and [protected]
Failure transaction details:-

Please do the needful of refunding these money back to my HDFC bank account.
I hope you will take this matter as a pride issue of rechargeitnow site and resolve at the earliest
