i recharged Rs.50 in 14/12/2010 in 9:30 pm but amount not credited but money taken from my account pls credit the recharge or credit the money in my account...

I have recharged many times my mobile and dish tv but 4-5 times recharge was failed and the amount was deducted from my account. Then I made complain/query to their site but got no solution. I can show you the transaction in which they cheated me. Following are the details:

I had tried recharging my airtel mobile through Rechargeitnow.com website. The amount was deducted from online sbi account but mobile was not recharged, neither the amount was refunded to my account. Multiple times I tried to log a ticket through contact us page in rechargeitnow website but no response. I just get an autogenerated email. Escalation option also does not work. Online recharge details are as below:

I tried recharging a Vodafone number with Rs. 610 on 15th November 2010.
Amount was deducted from my card but it shown recharge failure. I wonder why it failed. They should convey proper reason.
As per refund policy, failed recharges are tried again after 2 days, if it fails again, refund is provided within 7 days. Any action is intimated by email. But there was no any email. I tried contacting them through Failed Recharge subject...

I usually recharge my mobile using the site www.rechargeitnow.com through SBI debit card . But in last few days money has been deducted from the account but recharge was unsuccessful. My mobile no. is [protected] with the name of Narayan Bhatt, I have done two recharged process for this mobile through this (RECHARGE IT NOW) website dated 30/sep/10 and 11/Oct/10 , amount 75/- was debited with my SBI a/c in same days but my mobile could not be recharged till now, i have send many e-mails to this service provider, but i have not got any response till now, kindly help to recharge my cell no. otherwise...

I requested for a recharge of Rs.199/- for my Idea mobile [protected] on 15.10.2010 by debit of my ICICI Credit Card. RECHARGE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL THOUGH 149 INR WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

dear sir i have made online recharge on my mobile [protected] dated 07/10/2010 (Rs-370) & 16/10/2010 (Rs-100) through www.rechargeitnow.com this webside at list three times but my recharge not succesful but my same ammount (Rs.470) debited my account i have register complaint to concern webside but they do not give any clarification, now i have a doubt is that online services is true how can we trust them.
