[Resolved] Red Tape Shoes — Not Replacing only repairing and that to taking a hell lot of time

I have purchased RED TAPE formal shoes style no- RTS 6292 on 03/12/11 of cost Rs 3295/- from hyderbad central mall , punjagutta,hyderabad. and within 1 month the sole of the shoes is deattaching and on 14/01/12 , i have given back shoes to the red tape shopkeeper in central mall and after 1 week i.e. they are saying that the company will not replace them , they can only repair and they said it take 10 days more. I dont know what is the matter , why they not replacing i , the shoes were only 1 month plus 10 days old and if in such a small time this has occured then how can the shoes will remain fine after repairing, in my point of view they must replace the shoes. And why are they are taking so much time is still not clear. Please have a look into this matter.

In india this is not the only product that lacks service point or proper service reply, ... most of the products are concentrated only in selling, but there is no proper terminal (atleast one in each city) is unavailable making our expense on the products worthless... Only a few products survives with service points satisfying the customers. So guys dont waste your money on spending such costly brands, i too had the same experience for my Red Tape shoes. There are many other cheap brands equal to the same quality, style are available which if defective can be repaired and also costs much less than these...
