I bought a pair of shoes from Red Tape Karnal (complete address - Shop No. - 4, Ground Floor, Kunjpura Road, Karnal, Haryana, Pin- 132001) and paid a sum of Rs. 2895/- with billing date 19/09/2013 and bill no. is 1960. One shoe started opening up in the first week itsel[censored]pon which I took the same to red tape showroom. They took the pair and told me that they'l get it repaired and I can collect the same in 10 days time.
When I went there and collected the shoes, I was assured that the problem would not be repeated but the shoes again opened up from the same place in 10 days time. And the second time around there stance is even poorer.
My complaint is that:
1) I have been given a defective piece of shoes at astronomical price.
2) twice the shoes have opened up in less than 1 month and for that i am not even getting proper service.
Therefore requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
