I had purchased one pair of slippers from the website.. But they didn't ship the product and canceled it.. Now they r not doing the refund .. They say we have processed it but they have not.. I asked for the utr number through wich I can check with my bank of ita processed but instead they r sending some random transaction id and when confirmed with bank.. They deny and refund process... Plz I need help... They r cheaters...

I have bought the shoes from Myntra online shopping app . The shoes are good no doubt but now it's front sheet from the upper side has a hole i don't know how it is comming out . Now I request you to please replace the shoes as soon as possible as it is in warranty period.....

This week I had bought REDTAPE shoe from the Redtape Dwarka Online Store, F601 - 603, Sector 7, Ramphal Chowk, Palan, New Delhi 110045.

it's my one of the worst experience with REDTAPE shoes that with in a 3 day's my shoes sole has been removed from the center.

Kindly look into this matter and replaced my product. with the Composition.

I bought a pair of shoes brand Red Tape from their authorized showroom in Marathahalli Bangalore.

On just second day, the left shoe got torn from front, parallel to the stitching; I went to the showroom for the replacement as the invoice was showing replacement warranty for 14 days. The shopkeeper started fighting with me saying that this pair is a sale item and we will just repair this one.
