[Resolved]  Red Tape Shoes — Useless product

Dear Concern,

I had purchased Red Tape Company shoes with the amount of 1500/- from exclusive Showroom of Karnal on date 01-feb-11. On 04-feb-11 was my marriage so i have wear the same on that day but after 15 days the soal of shoes was removed from rigth side. i had visited at same RED TAPE showroom but they refuse to change the same they say they only repair the same instead of replace it. i request you plz replace the same with in short time otherwise i will knock the consumer court door.
