Reliance 3G Data card — Harrassment

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been harassed by Reliance for the last 1 month. I bought my 3g data card on 8th Sept 2011 and submitted all my documents. After that, my Internet did not start functioning so I went to Reliance Web World in Noida Sec 18 and resubmitted my documents. I was ensured by Mr. Piyush that all the necessary formalities had been completed and the net would start working pretty soon. Till 26th Sept 2011 there was no solution (in between I went to Web world one more time to try and resolve the issue). I went to Reliance Web world for the third time and then the net worked for one day i.e. 27th Sept 2011. After that, it stopped working again on the next day. Now, they are telling me that I have a pending bill of amount Rs 3574. This is to bring to your kind information that I had applied for Rs 999 unlimited plan. The net is still not working and I do not have any idea about where to go and what to do. My reliance data card number is [protected]. I have also called the customer care many times and now they are saying that even my address proof is not valid.
