Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group — Poor Service and Non resolution of Connectivity issues | |||
I had bought a reliance Datacard for surfing Internet. But the speed of browsing is extremely poor. The signal strength of the connection is between 40% to 65% only, despite living in the city. Due to poor speed, I have not been able to utilise the services. I have highlighted this issue to Reliance officials many times and have been requesting Reliance (have email evidence) for fixing the problem, but nothing has been done by them. They have been giving me false assurances and have been buying time from me, but nobody has visited my residence or met me to physically check my problem. Please go thorough the below Complain IDs, which is not executing since more than 45 Days.

[protected] new complain id given by me yesterday for this wrong bill generated for me.
I have told to the Floor manager and executive very clearly that i need to change my plan from 650 to 500 (RCFreedom) on 28 June, 2010.
Still this plan was not executed in July and so that i have to pay 760 Rs instead of 560 Rs.
When i complained again in July that was new complain id given to me which is[protected] at that time my plan got changed but it was one month late from your compny
So because of your employee's mistake i have to pay extra 200 Rs which i think i should not pay at all
Please look into this matter
