I had bought a reliance Datacard for surfing Internet. But the speed of browsing is extremely poor. The signal strength of the connection is between 40% to 65% only, despite living in the city. Due to poor speed, I have not been able to utilise the services. I have highlighted this issue to Reliance officials many times and have been requesting Reliance (have email evidence) for fixing the problem, but nothing has been done by them.
