[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — Bad support after sale

I have purchased Reliance BIG TV before a month.After purchasing I was told that installation would happen in 48 hours.
But it does not happened in that duration.After that I have called their customer support and regiesterd complaint. During complaint registraion I have been told that in next 2 hours their technical support team will conatct me and will do installation.
But technical team contacted me on next day and done installation.
Really a bad support system.No fullfillment of Commitments.

"KOLKATA-34" INSIST OF "KOLKATA-41 OF MY ADDRESS INTENTIONALY. I HAVE ALREADY TALKED WITH THEIR SUPERVISOR MR. TAPAS MODOK REGARDING THIS MISTAKE RECENTLY ON 20/12/2011. I recharged my Reliance Big tv no.[protected] by order no. 36622794 from my hdfc credit card but recharge has been fail & Amounting 260/- has been deducted. request you to pls. refund my amounting 260/-

Reliance Big TV — Signal & Set top box

My Complain no[protected] dated10-5-12 is not solved till date, but the amount of complaint solving was
deducted immediately from my Big TV account.
I bought Reliance-HD connection on 24th March, 2012. For one week we watched programs .. later set top box hanged.. registered complaint. I was told action with in 24 hours. but the mechanic came only after four days after repeated calls. set right the problem. fine.. again watched TV just for three days.. again the set top box hanged.. dead almost! again registered complaint requesting to replace the dead set top box with a new one. Again the same waiting for response.. till today 28th May, that is two weeks gone since my complaint, no proper response from the service providers. It is great loss Rs 26000..of no use ..My kids passed this vacation watching blank screen ..AN UNRELIABLE reliance big tv.. soon to seek the help of consumer court!

The worst mistake i have committed is by purchasing reliance big tv hd connection. it was installed on 3rd october & till date i.e. on 6th october it is yet to start, the TV screen shows error 108 & even after lodging a complaint, contacting their technician, the issue has not been resolved. the service request no is[protected]. No redressal. If you are planning a DTH connection, do not go in for Reliance BIg TV. It is a big fraud
True, My remote(only one year old) is not working, I complained on 19th October, (Complaint Number[protected] they told that new remote will be supplied within 48 hours, (i have to pay Rs 230) but nothing happend till 192 hours. I called today to the customer care again and what they told me that alot of remotes are there to be replaced so they do not have sufficient stock.Please note that if there are alot of remotes are to be replaced, what is the quality of their remotes?Why they are promising that they will supply the remote within 48 hours, why cant they tell the truth that they cannot supply it and go for some other connection, Videocon, Sun etc.If you are planning to take a connection Please think 100 times.Advice your friends also

I was told to replace the remote control on payment within 48 hours but in vain. I again contacted the customer care on[protected] and the complaint No is[protected]. Again I was told to replace the remote control through your agent immediately. But to my surprise, till today, i.e on 12-11-12, not yet responded to my complaint and on inquiry not even a satisfactory reply given. I shall be grateful if you could supply the remote control immediately or to tell me from where I could purchase the same since it is your bonafide responsibility. THANKS,
reliance big tv is a very bogus tv. they donot care about customers complaint. they are givinf false committment to customer and recovering more charges from customer. their customer care center is also a bogus center

I have purchased the Big TV 1 connection before 1 year back. In this
20 days i am having lots of problem in this connection . Firstly i am
suffering from poor signal all the time. Whenever i call to the
customer care center they will take maximum 192 hrs for resolving the
problems but after that nothing was change. I was call to the customer
care service number so many times but i m very fed up with this type
to promlem. please let me know how much time i have face to this type
of problem.

Please suggest me & take the strong action for solve my problem.

Hi My name is Madan, I am the biggest victim of the Reliance BIG TV.
I have purchased the Multiple connection in 2011 and for the last 2 years I have been trough hell with their customer Service. I have requested them to De-activate my second connection and only Charge for only for my first Connection as Iam not using the second and no point paying for the service which is not being used and this was requested in January 2012 with BIG TV and today April 27th 2013 till date they have take no Action other than keep repeating their old stories that their technician will come and sort this out or they sent me some SMS with their dealer contact numbers I have to contact them. I tried calling their dealer contact numbers and Iam so shocked as none of them don't exist and again I called their customer services more than 100 times in 6 months neither they send their technician nor they gave me correct dealers numbers. This time they gave me some Individual phone numbers who does not related to BIG TV. Every time they give some random numbers for temporary relief from customer. This Time I gone mad and called their CS again after a long waiting they answered my call and again repeating the same pre-formatted storey I was shouting and ask them to put through the Manager and they transferred my call to VENKATESH who claims himself as Superintendent and he again goes on to same things I put him on speaker phone and I called the numbers provided by him by using my other phone and shockingly this time some lady answered that phone and She said She is not a BIG TV dealer and she is an individual and other 2 numbers dialled they don't exist. This so called VENKATESH superintendent heard all this and said Iam sorry I will send the technician in 48 hours time and he cut me off. I tried calling again and someone answered and they asked me to be on hold and they never come back I waited for 40 minutes and no body bothered and again I phoned next day the movement they take Smart card number and they put me on hold and they never came back it has been going for several months Now Every time I have to Recharge for Rs 350/Month and they immediately deduct this for other connection which is not even connected to Dish. With lots of frustration I sent e-mail to their Customer service which is on their website. After 3 days I have received a simple reply that they will resolve the issue shortly. The issue has never been resolved and this time again I phone d them back and they Immediately suspended my Services and block mailing me even though I have sufficient balance on the account. I have called again more than times and again they forwarded me to their same superintendent VENKATESH and I asked him what happened to your promise of 48 hours and He is not bothered to listening to me He simply repeating the same old story and does not even have a shame in promising me again he kept on saying your issue will be escalated by other department and he simply cut me off. They are taking money Rs.350/ month from the last 1 year out of that Rs150 is being deducted for another connection which is not in use for the last 1 year. They keep saying same stories and they keep taking money every month. This time I have recharged on 19th April 2013 for Rs.350 and on 24th April 2013 after 5 days they suspended my account saying low balance. When I called the customer service again they are asking me to recharge for Rs250 Again they are not bothered to tell me what happened for the Recharge which I have done on 19th April for One month. They suspended my account and now they are not responding to me on the phone once they take my Smart Card no they will simply put me on hold for indefinite time I had to be on the phone for 20 to 40 minutes and then with lots of irritation I have to cut it off as no point even I wait the whole day they will not come back. I have sent 10 e-mails to their customer service and they don't bother to even respond. I kindly request all of you to help me now to take action against the this kind of Robbers. I lost my money and time and in the end I have no service as account has sufficient balance. I feel that they have taken me granted and harassing me by taking my money and not providing the services which they are supposed to. I would like to take up this issue very seriously and make use of all the platforms which are available to make other public be aware of this kind fraudsters with name of big brands and so on..
I kind Request you all the friends to advise me which would be the best way to teach them a lesson. I have taken this issue very seriously and ready to fight back in whatever the level to seek justice and teach a lesson to this company.
Please advise me the right way to do as I have already complained to customer Service Grievance Online I know it does not help. I have also filed the case at consumer court Hyderabad. Please do let me know if any other possible way to file a legal suit on them to get all my refund and compensation. One thing I felt that they think customer is slave as they know that we paid huge money and got their service and again if we need to change the service provider we will have to pay another hectic sum so customer can not go away from them since he is already fixed with them for ...many years. I seek all your support as I do not like anybody to suffer like me anymore.

I've Purchased Reliance Digital TV long back. After some months I've upgraded the set top box to DTH by paying Rs. 4500.00 + Subscription charges. After my subscription ended I have not recharged my account due to bad service of Reliance. The same I informed to Reliance. Now Reliance people is demanding to return their hardware and they are not ready to refund my money that I've paid for the set top box, but Reliance is threatening to return their hardware. I'm ready to return their hardware, but what about my deposit?
The Big Mistake of my Life

I have been using Reliance Big TV connection since more than 3 years. My Cust ID no is[protected]. My set up box has beome fauly on 27th Sept'13 & I lodged my complaint to Reliance TV customer care. The complaint Id no is[protected] which was registerd on 27.09.13. Till today (19.10.13), I have been continiously calling to customer care atleast twice a day but my problem has not been resolved. I even mailed to Nodai officer but haven't got any reply from him.

I suggest to each & everyone who is reading this forum to spread the message not even think to go for Reliance Digital TV connection.

It has been more than 2 weeks since my first complaint

Every time they closed the ticket without solving the issues, they are not worried about the customers complaints.

Please do the needful, otherwise i will put this case in front of consumer court.
I have payed 499 in 11/03/2018 the customer are not given me booking id and then i call customer support the are very bad bihevir and the are not give me bigtv set-up box or my refund
