[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — disconnection of internet

I am a reliance broadband customer user id[protected] name Kanchana i took Thunder 549 plan and I paid quarterly rental 1379 with installation charges which came around 1700 which is for 3 month starting from October 2012 and now the connection is terminated because they want me to pay additional 420 they say it is some kind of tax.and I did not receive any bill.They also say that yesterday a bill was generated and today is the last day I don't know what kind of practice they are doing.This is the bad experience I ever had.

If your company is going to charge extra after 1 month then why do you claim as your product is cheaper.Now I want to quit this connection

Reliance Phone — not giving free talktime

i buy reliance phone and sim in october2008.accourding to scheme at that time they ensure me to give 100 rupees reliance to reliance talktime free for one year.but till october to janurary they give me no reliance to reliance talktime free .they give no reasonable answer for that

Reliance Phone — Internet facility not functioning

Since 20 Jul 09, I am unable to log on to internet, and the message given is Access denied:0005. I have asked the personnel in the Reliance outlet in RT nagar, where I go regularly to pay my bills. They directed me to one Mr Imran. I have tried to ring him up couple of times, but he seems busy or disinterested.

Result is I am without internet, and it is affecting my work.
i had disconnected broadband connection last year. but iam still getting letters from the advocate. if i receive any other letter in this regard again then i will go for legal action in the consumer court. my reference id is [protected]

Broad band connection having Id number[protected].A/C No.[protected].Reliance Phone No[protected]Plan Name:WFL299CS.Plan Description:FLP(POTS) And Broad band Plan Name:WICC600KB.Plan Description:600Kbps Combo Plan.

I am using this number since last three months & in three months period i have face lots of problem from Customer care.i want to my internet facility permanently withdraw as per reliance communication.mismanaged services, sham less behavior act by rcom with the customer &.service is total Harassment for me.I am not interested continue with you please take back my money/refund my money.deposit this hell product.

I am accepting my defeat today. I can not fight with you guys. You guys are just gone case. Leave apart this serious issue for which now I am following since almost 3 Month,
your broadbad connection itself is not working since last evening again. This is not acceptable man not at all now. Enough Is nough.
