[Resolved]  Reliance Communication GSM — Outgoing barred since last couple of days

My reliance gsm number is [protected]. I bought this number before 15 days. I submitted all the documents and the number got activated. Now all of the sudden I am receiving the message that my outgoing calls are barred due to insufficient documentation. I called their customer care and they saying that they have not yet received any documents and told me to submit the documents again.

I submitted the documents again but my number is still not activated. I called the customer care again and they saying that they have still not received the documents, while the retailer is saying they already forwarded the documents and it is to be verified at ashram road office, ahmedabad. I called nodal officer of Ahmedabad but they saying they can't do anything as they have not yet received the document.

I think this is very lethargic approach of Reliance and no one is bothered about customers, only they want is to mint money and they hate giving service.

I advice to go for vodafone or idea or airtel rather than going with someone new to gsm service.

i bought 3 gsm connections last month ie.dec 15th my mobiles are [protected], [protected], [protected] and activated CUG.my factory address :3/74 kamarajar salai karanaivillage thalazambur chennai 603103 . there s no signal n the above address atall i complaint to customer care there s no response.pl do the needful at the earliest or i wil surrender all my gsm connections.

dear sir i m using reliance gsm (smart) since last 2 year. but now i can hardly make any call. i cant even receive call. at present i m residing in ranchi(mesra). and network here is worst. so plz improve your network.
Dear Sir,

I had purchased a gsm prepaid card(mobile No.[protected]) on 8th April 2010.I was told that a talk time of Rs.50/- will be provided on its activation and 500 msg./per day are free.My sim was activated on 10th April 2010 with zero talk time. On contacting to retailer he told that scheme is withdrawn on 9th. May I know what is the fault of customer? Is it not cheating with customer.

Dear sir,
i am not satisfied with the sms service.it show failure of message when the number is switched off for more than one hour but earlier it show that report after 24 hour and now show the failure of message after half an hour so tell me what i do to solve this problem.

mai apke company ka grahk hoi, apke coutemer care pe jab bhi bat krta hoi to wo mjhe satisfay nahi kr pate mane ek paper recharge 23.10.2010 ko liya tha lakin mera recharge nahi ho paya, roz complane krata ho lakin mere koi sunway nnahi hoi, agar mera recharge kal 9/11/10 tak na hua to mai aapke company ke viridh dhoka dhadi ka mukadma darg krwa duga
