Sir Maine ak sim li thi reliance ke postpaid ka usne kaha tha ki is sim se rilance to rilance unlimited baat hogi 399 per month charge aayega Jo Maine le li thi isle baad who sim kai Dino tak activate nahi Hui jabki Maine varife bhi kar diya tha first jab 15 se adhik Dino me baad hi wo active nahi Hui to Maine use Tod kar phenk diya iske baad mujhe 45 days baad call aata hai ki bill pay kijiye Jo ki 1398 rs ke lagbhag unhone bataya jabki na to us sim se ask bhi call hua or nahi kuch or use hua uska or ab do Dino se mujhe call aa raha hai ki bill pay kijiye nahi to aapko court me bulaya jayega or aapko saza hogi sir mai ak padne wala student hu mujhe kabhi kahte hai ki Delhi court me aa jao kabhi kuch kahte hai or merit pocket money bhi it I nahi hai Jo mail 1398 rs pay Mar saku Maine friends se udhar mangkar bill pay bhi karne ja raha tha police ke dar se fir costmer care me pucha to wo kah rahe the ki ye no. Hi mozood nahi hai Jo unhone bataya tha isliye bill pay nahi ho paya wo ab call marks pareshan karate hai sir please koi salutation bataiye

Rilance power — Reliance Power IPO refunds

Dear Sir

I had applied for Rilance Power IPO. I have not yet received my allotment details or the refund.
My DMATE No is 10199409 and application no is 52331656.

Kindly gudie me where to approach and how to get back my money.

Sir i have complained so many times in Reliance call centre that from past 3 or 4months im not receiving any mails even not able to see my bills details online as my number waz registered in company name Reliance Life Insurance, So plz let me know tht how can i view my bill details or my call details
I have complaint that my account balance is reduced and i don, t know how.

I had gone to a shop in Indra Vihar, Focus Vision, Shop no-4. Phone: 27212031, 27251645, [protected]. Delhi 110009, to top up my reliance CDMA phone. When the shopkeeper asked me to enter my phone number, i did so. However, after waiting for few minutes the sms confirming that i had successfully top up my CDMA phone did not come. On asking the shopkeeper, he said i must have entered a wrong number. And i had to pay Rs 100/ without getting the balance in my phone account.

Please look in to the matter.

Reliance — no proper server

sir if we login through your reliance broad band services we are unable to access through it.. so pls try to check the problems and take neccessary actions regarding this issues...this is really disgusting pls take action.........
bill is not correct.Shifting charge has been charged of Rs.200 but the shifting is not done by company.

This is Ranjit Soutadekar from Latur. I am Reliance post paid customer since last 4 years. Here in my city there was Web World. But do to some problem the web world is closed since last few months. Due to that, postpaid customers are not getting services mainly like making bill payment. Here company provides a outlet for postpaid customers.
My complaint is that in April 2011 I had make payment. But that payment is not transfered towards company due to some major server problem or any other reason. (This answer is given by company's customer care representative from Sholapur). Since that month I am getting Rs. 50 late payment charges in every bill. But I am not paying that amount. Because due to company's problem amount was not deposited at that time and thats not my fault.
So request to Reliance communication Higher Authorities that please look after about these services. Because due to these type of problems the company is loosing their postpaid customers in Latur.

sir maine apna prepaid reliance mobile ko 18-19 november ko postpaid karaya. postpaide karane ke bad december 5 ko hi mera bill aa gaya bill tha 227 ka maine paide kiye 200 rupies 16 december ko uske bad mera mobile band ker diya gaya 20 december ko ye kahker ki apka bill 950 rupes ho gaya hai ker ke sir maine november me suru karaya aur december me hi do bar mujhe bill de diya gaya aur mera jo plan hai usme Reliance GSM AnD CDMA Free hai 24 hours aur mai jyada isi me bat karata hun iske bad itna bill mujhse liya ja raha hai pls sir

Reliance Communication — Faults in bill

I am using Reliance post-paid service for around 3 months but from last two months I am getting unnecessary amount of bills. They are showing to have activated 'Local calling pack' which I never subscribed. When I called the customer service representative, she didn't write my complain neither she transferred it to her senior. When I argued, she bluntly replied that there is an up gradation going on so she can not transfer my call.
Secondly, When I calculated the whole bill, I found many mistakes(last month and this month).The official bill is of Rs849 but I found that they have added Rs 150 extra to the amount. When I calculated the whole STD, ROAMING and SMS charges, the whole amount came to be around Rs650.
I am suffering from false billing since last two months and the customer care and Reliance Infocom both are not seriously dealing with my matter. They are just bluffing me and creating new problems for me.
I am uploading my previous bill and current bill.

I cancelled my mobile post paid & Net connect(USB) wireless service from Reliance communication shop after the full and final payment of Rs.1551 date 21/01/2012 at 11.30 a.m. The cashier calculate above amount itself & told me to pay Rs.1551 only. But last two months till today they demand
for Rs.1785 as a due amount.I already stop both services on date 21/01/2012 at 11.30 a.m. Their is no any disconnection service form available for customer in reliance shop. Now what can I do ?

I am holding 3 postpaid connection of reliance mobile nos. [protected], [protected], [protected]. After reminding for many times for paper bill at residence address to executives they are not sending and simply message is given of amount.and that to after last date and charging late fee. not giving any response.
