Sir, I am a reliance postpaid customer. I am getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile. They told that it will take 45 days to get it activated. Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain. Was this information helpful? | |

I too is suffering from this problem. I want to crash REL SIM and want to send the crashed SIM to REL . While filling the application form I was clearly written for DND.

reliance cdma numbers — unwanted services are activated
respected sir,I want to inform u that I m using both reliance cdma and gsm no and i have problem in my both numbers because unwanted services are activated and reduce my balance in both no.
my cdma no. is [protected], after every 15 days my balance reducing for bachat pack. I already deactivated this service but always my balance id reduce.
and my gsm no is [protected] i already deactivated my Rs.39 sms pack before 2 months but this pack is automatically activated in my no ans reduce my balance per week of Rs 39.
I am already complained regarding those problems but sitt i have the same problem.
So i want to request You please return my balance and do necessary action regarding my problems.

Reliance — voilation of DO NOT DISTURB service
I have activated DO NOT DISTURB service on my Reliance CDMA on 07-October-2010 and I recieved a message from 1909 " Dear customer, your request for DND service has been registered. Your request no is [protected] It will be activate within 45 days".45 days has been over but i am still recieving unwanted calls. This no. is of Delhi on my own ID and now i am in Raebareli. I am paying roaming for those unwanted calls.

Reliance — not activated services
Sir,I abdul ghori i have Reliance smart connection from last 7 yrs & my no. is [protected].
on 2nd march i have recharged my A/c with rs 99 to activate GPRS service but till now on thw 12 march it was not activated.
i also complaint in reliance office 6-7 times but they not respond properly...
& i have also got a msg from a company of recherge of my A/c.....
So plz take action against them as soon as possible....
I wont my money back because i have give application convert to idea...
