[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — problem in STD calling card of rs 650/-

i have taken gsm connection to talk free reliance to reliance in India anywhere this is allowed in rc of rs 650/-
and in this i can call freely on any reliance number in India from 11P.M. to 6A.M. but when i call a lady says that "your call can not be completed thank you" and call disconnect.

so please look at this i think that u will see in to this and leave no stone unturned.

RELIANCE MOBILE(GSM)INDIA CALLING CARD — UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CALL AFTER 11PM

Sir,
i've taken reliance gsm connection & recharge with Rs.650..As per tariff i can make free call to any reliance number throughout the india ...& all other std call charge 50p/min...but after 11pm i'm unable to make any call...i've informed customer care several times...but they said it's only for network congestion...please try after...sometime...but result is same like the earlier mention...please do something...I'm waiting for your positive feedback...

I had recharged with the same, rs 650 std calling card..after confirming a zillion times wid the cust care that i can make free night calls to reliance gsm in delhi!!..they said sure, definitely!!and now, when i call at nite, they charge 50p for the call, and when i spoke to cust care again, they said this service is not available for delhi reliance coz in delhi, it is r-com gsm and not r-gsm!!..the cust care misguided me!what should i do????

i m prateek my number is [protected]...i have get recharged with reliance calling card of 650. in which night talk is free to any smart card number.. from 11pm to 6 am.. but when i talk at night the call charges are being applied.. at rate of 50p per minutes..i am complain since 28 octuber to customer care but the problem is not being solved till yet . tel me what to do...my complain case id numbers are.[protected] and[protected]...

reliance gsm std calling card — problem of calling card

i have done a recharge of std calling card 15 days back after enquiring about it.but i was not notified that i hv to keep atleast 1 rs balance to keep doing free calls during 11pm to 6 am.now my std calling card is zero and when i could not avail the free service at nighti contacted the customer care and they told me to get the recharge again.i should hv been notified before hand and i want another solution to this problem as my recharge has been complete waste as its berely 15 days of the 2 months validity of the recharge.
kindly look into the matter and offer me solution.

i have new pripaid reliance card and i rechard it with STD calling card @ 655 for free nigth calling @ 11.pm to 6.am and in day it rate is 0.75 paisa but now its not working proerly when i use my calling card acount for make call it not response when i make call dail *375 and 11 digit mobile number with +91 or 0 when i do this call is automaticaly disconect with 3 beeps
Reliance claims itself as Best Network in India for GSM & CDMA. All is fake. I'm using Rel- GSM and having very bad and worst experience. Unable to make call to my home at all network either Airtel, Vodafone, Bsnl, and Bsnl-landline from last 8 days. I have been cheated by Reliance. I tried to call customer-care but it is easy to talk to President but impossible to talk Reliance customer care executive. Then how would i'll get note-down my complain? Anyhow i talked to customer-care but they said they are unable to solve my problem. All the time they have false excuse of server or database updation. They said after 10 days u can make call, awesome answer, wow !!! 10days to solve a problem.
So, please friends don't and never buy Reliance GSM or CDMA sim i[censored] want to save your money, time and a lot of tension of bad network.
Their management are doing nothing for customers. I want to ask Mr. Anil Ambani - Do he also use same relaince mobile sim with such bad network. And if he is unable to give good service to customers he should leave this telecom sector business. Sorry but its bitter truth.
Look sir, important is not this that how much cheap tarrif or plans you are providing but important is this that how much better service u r providing and how much better network conssistence you have.
Don't try only to make bigger customer base else it would be more difficult to serve old and new customer both. And finally u get loose your Brand name and loyalty both.

Hi All,
I am Sudhir. I am having Reliance Number from past 10 minths. From last 4-5 months, they are un necessarly deducting 30 rupees from my account every month. 1s I asked customer care service then they said I have activated come bollywood movie songs offer something. Then I asked them to de activated that. Then for 1 months I did not recharge even a single rupees to that number because I have a another Vodafone number. 5th of December I have recharged 100 rupees and 38 rupees offer pack. 6th December morning they have deduted 40 rupees from my account. When I asked they are telling I have activated so junk things and all. When I latked bit rude, then the customer service executive told me to disconnect the call and started to mis behaving with me. Finally when I asked him to tranfer the call ti his manager then he has become calm and taken the request. And he said that within 48 hours I will get my money back. I have to wait. If I have not got my money back then surely I will go to consumer court.
